Hello ,

I am starting this thread for people who have submitted their AOS applications in April 2009 and are adjusting from K-1 visas. Let's try to keep in touch and compare each others progresses. See my timeline for more. I'm currently waiting for my check to be cashed ;) and to receive my NOA1. Be sure to keep your timelines updated, so that we can see your progress. Good Luck Everyone!

Hi! We are also april AOS filers, we filed on the 21st. and got our NOA's 1 ( I-797 C's) for I-485, EAD and AP just yesterday! :)

08.05.2011 - Check cashed

08.08.2011- NOA Received

08.19.2011 - Biometrics Letter Received

09.12.2011 - Biometrics Appointment

01.27.2012 - Card production ordered

02.01.2012 - 10 year GC Received

07.25.2021 - N400 filed online

08.09.2021- Biometrics re-use notice

04.18.2022- Interview done at Minneapolis USCIS Local Office   ✔️ Received N-652 "Congratulations your application has been recommended for approval" during the interview.

05.19.2022- Oath Ceremony in MN

After many random delays, we sent off the paperwork on the 24th and it arrived in Chicago on the 27th :) Hopefully we will get our NOA soon :)

09/20/08 - Received Packet 3
10/02/08 - Packet 3 delivered to MTL
10/16/08 - Medical in Halifax
01/15/09 - Interview in Montreal
01/20/09 - Visa in Hand
02/03/09 - Fly to US - POE Halifax NS
03/06/09 - Wedding in Yanceyville, NC

AOS
4/24/09 - Sent AOS package (after too many delays!)
4/27/09 - Signed for in Chicago
5/05/09 - Check cashed and all three NOA1's in the mail
5/14/09 - Received Biometrics appointment letter - Appointment is June 2nd.
6/2/09 - Biometrics at Raleigh field office - they were some of the nicest people :)
6/18/09 - EAD approved and card production ordered
6/20/09- received AP papers in the mail
6/22/09 EAD card arrived in the mail (that was fast eh?)
7/09/09 - received notice of GC appointment date
8/07/09 - Green Card interview at Raleigh Field office at 8:45am - Given RFE for I-693 Vaccination suppliment
9/08/09 - returned RFE to field office. Approved for Green Card
9/09/09 - Received email that Card production had been ordered.
9/17/09 - Green Card in the mail - No more USCIS until June, 2011 :D

I filed on April, 4th. Arrived in Chicago April 6th. NOAs date April 10th. Biometrics Appointment May 12th :)

Same here! LOL I thought we were the only ones who procrastinated on sending our AOS! We should have done it months ago!
