No more together with my wife. I haven't changed my address w/USCIS.

I haven't changed my address with USCIS since I stopped living with my wife. I forwarded my mail with USPS.com but my driving license still indicates my previous address with her where she actually still resides. I was kinda scared that they may check on me if they figure that we have different addresses her I-865 and my new AR-11. I am planning to file for divorce in a month. We don't have any more bonafides together to prove I even closed our joint bank account and 3 credit cards. Do u think I should be honest and go file my AR-11 with most current address. I think YES.

You must be honest, or it's Fraud.

How is not changing one's address considered fraud?
