that is ok. I know how you feel. I was in your situation too. I suggest not to put your papers in fasteners or sliding folder as you will just have a hard time taking your papers one by one. Good Luck on your interview :star:

Hi Aone,

How i wish I have pictures here right now of how I arranged my documents but anyway, I will just tell you how i did it. By the way, I am sharing this because during my interview the pre-screener and the consul were happy and told me that i did i good job of how i arranged my things.

Here's how i segregate the documents;

1. LETTER FROM NVC/EMBASSY (includes Noa1,Noa2,appointment letter,and the letter from the embassy)

2. FORMS ( ds-156,ds-156k,ds-157)

3. FINANCIAL SUPPORT DUCOMENTS

4. MIKEE'S DUCOMENTS ( letter of intent, passport photocopy,birth certificate)

5. MY DOCUMENTS ( BC, NBI clearance, police clearance etc, my letter of intent, baptismal)

6. PROOF OF MEETING

7. PROOF GENUINE ENGAGEMENT (text messages, chat logs,call logs, letters/cards, calling card purchased history statement, remittance receipts, packages receipts,postal receipts)

8. PICTURES

9. I-129F COPIES

10.MY SCHOOL RECORDS

11. MY MEDICAL RECORDS

when the pre-screener asked for proof of communication, i told her that I include it in my folder for proof of genuine engagement and she said, oh you arranged it already? and she was glad when i handed here the folder.

When i entered the room for the final interview, the consul was scanning the pictures and was laughing loud because of the funny comments that i wrote in the pictures. And he even said, that our case is one of the easiest case that he had and also he said that when i come out from the embassy building, i should call my fiance right away and tell him that everything went well.

Hope this really helps.

I forgot something. NEVER use hard paper or folder for the documents. I used thin plastic folders and button fasteners. i saw applicants who were asked to remove the pictures one by one because the folder they used wont bend and cant get inside the little hole.
