What is Gabbly?

Gabbly is a chat service that allows you to chat around any webpage. Its free to use on your personal page or commercial webpage.

How do I use Gabbly to chat on a webpage?

Simply type gabbly.com/ in front of a webpages URL, you will be able to chat with anyone visiting the page at the same time!

For example, to chat on CNN.com, just visit 'gabbly.com/cnn.com' in your browser. Youll see the CNN website with the Gabbly Chat window floating on top.

Is there anything to download or install?

Nope! Theres no need to download or install anything. If you have a web browser, you can chat.

Which browsers does Gabbly support?

We currently support the following browsers: Firefox 1.5, IE 6.0, Safari 2.0, Flock

We're looking to support others soon, including: Opera, IE 7.0

What's the privacy level while surfing with Gabbly?

We do not proxy the pages that you surf. This means that we do not see anything that you type outside of the Gabbly Chat window. If youre signing into a user account, Gabbly does not get to see that information. In the chat window, though, please be aware that it is a public chat.
