Should I file I-485 for husband now or wait til he comes here? sent in the DS-230 on april 23rd.. case hasn't been completed yet? and do we need to file I-765 if its CR-1? and are we gonna get the SS card in the mail or do we have to apply for it again when he comes here?

I think you can not file yet for AOS cuz in the forms you have to put the date of entry, port of entry and alien number. Alien number will be given at customs immigration in the airport.
