All pregnant Mommies

Congrats sa mga new mommies dito We just went back from our 3 days trip to the Island of Adventures (where the Harry Potter theme park is), Universal and Disney Trip for Ethan's first birthday. Yes, tomorrow (July 13) is my son's first birthday at naiiyak na ako. I have this mixed emotions of excitement, happy but at the same time nalulungkot ako kasi big boy na baby ko When I woke up this morning I had a flash back of those 9 long months of pregnancy, the first time I hear his heartbeat on my first prenatal visit, the first flutter and later becomes a hard kick. Those months of long wait that I barely could wait to see his face...until, on the 37 weeks and 5 days, 4 a.m that I started to feel continuous contractions, from then I know that the has come. It was almost 12 hours of labor until @ 3:59 pm I gave birth to a 6.7 lbs, 18 inches BABY BOY!

After 2 days, on July 15, my birthday, we came home and that was his first car ride and was sleeping so peacefully and calm. From then on was the start of our journey as a family. From countless sleepless nights, diapers change, knowing what he does and doesn't like, his first smile, his first cooing sounds, his first rolling over, his fist few words ( dada, mama, baba, and he even refers the cat as "tat"), the first time he push himself to sit up, the first time he ate, his first step and now when he gets too excited he wants to run. Everywhere we go he likes to talk to people and flirt with the girls ( why do I have this feeling that I am in big trouble someday? )

Sorry kung masyado akong ma-drama, I just couldn't believe that a year came so fast. Anyways, want to share with you some pictures and the videos of my baby's first theme rides...

Advance happy birthday Ethan and to mommy also...Baka magkasunod lang kayo ng birthday ng baby ko kc schedule ko ngayon 16 for my c-section...Gusto ko sana lalabas na to sa 14 para magkabirthday ng pamangkin ko pero parang ayaw pa yata ng baby ko...lol

@LasVegasUSA, thanks... dami ngang nali-layoff ngayon. yun kasing college grads na teaching ang degree pagkatapos ng college nila ay hindi nagturo at alam na mahirap magturo sa public schools dito. ngayong na recession ay nagbalikan sila sa teaching. ako, nag-take lang naman ako ng units of teaching tapos nag-try lang. awa ng Diyos ay tuloy tuloy naman ang work. kung ako sayo huwag ka ng dumaan ng agency, dumiretso ka na sa mga school boards or offices ng human resources. submit ng submit lang ng resume. tingnan mo na ang state requirement para ma-certify ka as a teacher. siguro as a start mag-apply ka rin muna as substitute teacher para ma-refresh ka ng work and at the same time kasma mo pa rin baby mo. ganyan ang gagawin ko din next school year.

@sweetpink, ang bilis naman ng panahon. dati ay binabasa ko lang ang posts mo dito. ngayon ay mag-1 year na pala baby mo. advance happy birthday kay baby ethan.

We will really try our best na hindi maging ganun si Mae..Hay..Gusto rin ng hubby ko eh pinoy style ang pagpapalaki ko sa kanya,kaso may mga bruha dito sa bahay na ang sama ng ugali hay,kya di ko masyado iniexpose yung ana ko sa kanya..hahay..sana sa pinas nalang kami nakatira..lol..hay parang may hang over pa ata ko sa pinas. Bitin yung pag-uwi nmin..hay la nmn talaga sa plano..Iba pa rin talaga sa Pinas, simply lang ang buhay at enjoy..hay buhay tate

Wow ang ganda naman ng birthday present ni Ethan, ang ganda kasi parang na eenjoy na nya ang paligid nya ano? ay nakakalungkot isipin ano parang kailan lang tapos ngayon tatakbo na yan mamaya lang mag school na, kung pwedi lang sana na anjan lang parati sa tabi mo at matitigan mo parati kaso di naman pwedi, lalo na mga bata ngayon ang bilis lumaki...malapit na rin ako maging ina maramdaman ko na rin kung ano ang naramdaman mo ngayon : (

Hay parang excited na rin akong gawin yan sa baby ko, so hindi na kayo directly nag bbreastfeed sa baby nyo kumbaga stored nyo nalang muna ang milk after breast pump? meron din akong medela electric breast pump na pinahiram sa akin ng friend ng asawa ko maganda kasi di pa nila nagamit kaya parang swerti ko naman, pero parang excited ako na maramdaman ang baby ko na sa akin talaga sya kumukuha ng milk nya, yan lang ang iniimagine ko pero pag anjan na iwan ko lang baka ganun din ang gawin ko kasi sabi daw nakakapagod? sige ingat kayo mga mommies...God Bless!!!

next week 5 months na preggy.. first ultrasound ko nung July 7, and it's a baby girl!!!

Hahahahaha ganun sana naman makayanan ko, pag hindi ko kaya patay,,, pero okey lang ang first time grandpa mag supply ng formula : ), pero may breastfeeding class ako kaya may idea ako pag in case na sumakit ang nipple ko lahat may remedy kaya kaya ko ito kasi gusto ko talaga mag nurse ng baby ko...kailangan ko syang i nursing within 3 months kasi balik na ako sa work after three months pero pwedi ko namang dalhin ang pump ko sa work para maka pump ako at lagay lang sa freezer ang milk...sana makahanap ka ng paraan kung papano mag latch ang baby mo na di masakit sa nipple mo kasi sabi ng lactation expert dito may remedy daw yan magtanong ka kaya ulit..ang baby ko anytime from now pwedi ng lumabas yeheeyyyy maging mommy na rin ako bahala na kung masakit kayanin ko...

hello to all mommies and magiging mommy pa lang like me. tanong lang po ako, kelan ba kayo nag-umpisa magka-baby bump? ako kasi ang payat din... from 8 weeks pregnancy until 17 weeks, 5 pounds lang ang dinagdag ko. hindi naman ako nagda-diet. super mahirap lang talga yung first trimester ko. halos every meal ay sinusuka ko. kahit tubig or cracker. minsan nga ay sa plato na ako nag-puke noon, sorry at sobrang gross.

nag-worry lang ako if ok ang baby ko. next thursday ko pa malalaman ang gender ni baby.
