Nawala ako saglit sa sirkulasyon. Pasintabi po sa kumakain.

Hay! ang hirap pala ng buntis. Nagkasevere constipation ako Grabe 1AM hindi ako mapoopoo. umiiyak na ako sa sakit so i drink prune juice like i always do kapag constipated ako tas yung asawa ko eh nagalala na rin sa akin. Imagine every 30mins since 1am eh kailangan kong pumunta sa CR pra magpoopoo tas unti lng lalabas. Hindi ako nakatulog maghapon sa sakit ng tiyan ko. Around 9AM eh dumagdag na naman yung pain na naramdaman ko nung ni-rush ako sa ER (ligament stretching) kaya doble doble sakit ko tapos crooked na ako maglakad papunta sa CR my husband rushed to buy laxative (9AM bukas na yung CVS pharmacy) pra gumaan yung pain pero nisusuka ko lang. twice ko nitake tas twice ko tin sinuka hindi na namin alam gagawin kasi i was still in pain so hubby called my doc tapos nurse yung sumagot, imagine i called around 11AM tapos nagcall back 2pm pero around 12pm eh nawala na yung ligament stretching pain yung constipation pa rin prob ko. she advised my husband to buy enema at stool softoner dahil mashado nang malala yung constipation ko tas sobrang pagod at puyat pa ako. so i took stool softener tas hubby ko ni-stick yung mineral oil. yaiks! lol! ang sakit grabe! pero ala nmn effect dahil ganun pa rin i still go to CR every 30 mins tas paunti unti lang labas. hanggang sa 4:30Pm eh sinumpong naman ako ng ulcer kasi hindi pa ako kumakain maghapon so dalwa nanaman yung pain ko. i took TUMS for my ulcer tas around 8PM nawala na yung ulcer tapos yung constipation nawala around 10pm. Grabe talaga!!! imagine kung ilang oras akong nagsuffer halos 24 hrs akong nakabaluktot sa sakit, pagod na pagod, puyat at gutom pa! buti na lang at nandito asawa ko the whole day at sobraaaaannggg maalaga at pasensyoso sa akin kaya ayun todo pahinga ako.

Grabe! kainggit yung mga preggy na hindi nakakaranas ng ganito hehe. Sa ngayon ay i-coconsider ko na ang epidural kasi ayoko na ng pain. grabe na! lol!

raquel, baka makihingi din ako ng bayabas? meron ka rin bang dhaon ng pnadan? miss ko na kasi buko pandan lol! (kinapalan na talga eh noh?!) lol!

jewellyn, yan din sabi sa pinas. maloloka daw lol! pero ewan ko! baka hindi ko rin matiis at maligo ako. pero ewan depende siguro sa sitwasyon hehe.

Geez....so sorry it hasn't been easy for you. I had the same problem but just half a glass of prune juice worked for me, as did cranberry juice. Now I have the every-other-day decaf and daily juices to help. Ewan ko lang when I reach weeks 30+. And at least, di ka siguro ma-CS...mas mahirap kaya yun. Painless nga and delivery but moving around is really a problem for the next week or two.

Had my check-up yesterday. Had a MAFP done (i hate needlesticks, maski doktor pa ako)....thankfully the last stick I would need till delivery. Am having a 20-week screening UTZ in 4 weeks...naku, sana magpakita si baby...is kicking up a storm in my lower belly (esp during the entire Harry Potter movie). I'd want to start getting clothes together.

Sa IN ka pala...isn't the rain wonderful....sometimes?

hello sa lahat ng preggy and moms dito! Im back now, i gave birth last July 13 @ 3:02 PM, bouncing baby boy! 3AM pa lang nag start na contraction ko, but i ignored kc yong interval hindi masyadong close, but starting 6 AM medyo tumindi na ang pain but still bearable pa at every 5 minutes yong interval ng pain so me and my hubby decided to go to the hospital. we arrived at 9 AM and 4cm dilated na ako, but still my doctor says i have to walk for an hour and will check back again.. So naglakad-lakad kami ng asawa ko for about 30 minutes and yong pain hindi ko na kaya, both of my thigh masakit at medyo nagna-numb at ang pressure super. so nurse/midwife check me again and i was 6cm na so they decided me to stay in the hospital, i was anticipating of having a natural labor since this is my second baby, pero di ko nakayanan so i asked for epidural and it helps a lot. I took a shower the day after same thing what i did when i had my first baby, so far so good everything is fine now wala akong ibang pain na nararamdaman aside from the episiotomy i had.

Congratulations! Wow our sons have same birthday and the time is close enough too. I had mine at 3:51pm.

About bathing after delivery...never really paid attention to the old wives' tales about not bathing simply because, 1) I came from the hospital and who knows what extra microbes came home with me, 2) I am not about to transfer those microbes to my newborn child, and 3) it feels just icky not bathing after 24 hours or so.

well, the stump left from the cutting of the umbilical cord is virtually devoid of nerve endings and is therefore, painless. It'll fall off by itself after a few days. Just clean it with alcohol after every bath to facilitate drying.

I had an oral glucose tolerance test during my last pregnancy kasi medyo mataas yung blood sugar ko noon. My colleague took a blood sample before i took the orange drink then one and 2 hours after. NOrmal results, thankfully, but my daughter still came out big...well, normally big at 8 lbs 2 oz.

Bought a few maternity clothes over the past few days...rubber bands can only help so much, i guess. Am showing already at 4 months but i am not counting on getting really big...di kasi ako malaki magbuntis. My wt gain is all baby and added blood supply and expanding uterus.

Dang weather center forecasted rains the entire day...now how am I supposed to take my walk???

i experienced being constipated too...parang sobra one hour ako nun nag stay sa banyo...kasi before when i wasnt pregnant everyday poopoo talaga but when i got pregnant sometimes 3 days na ako makapoopoo...but then that time grabeng kain ko ng saging kaya yun sobrang nakaconstipated ako...kinaylangan ko ng ibahin yung pag upo ko sa toilet that time para lang lumabas na ang asungot...ang ginawa ko uminom lang ako ng maraming tubig at yun nakatulong naman...sabi kasi ng lola ko before walang dadaig sa healing power ng tubig...hehehehhehe

im on my 19 weeks now pero parang di ko ma distinguish ang galaw ng baby ko at ng stomach ko...and i want to make sure na okay ang baby ko...kaya ginawa ko nag order ako online ng heart listening for the baby para araw2 marining ko heart beat ng baby ko hehehhehe...

about naman sa ligament stretching mo...wow grabeh naman ang strecthing na yan...siguro malaki baby mo hehhehehe...na experience ko lang yung stretching in my early pregnancy...pero now wala na...ewan baka meron pa...ang liit ng tummy ko para lang akong busog...lumalaki lang pag busog talaga ako.

sa ngayon ang lagi kong gustong kainin is yung cheese burger sa mcdo...i always get two of it...yesterday my hubby bought me a big mac and i told him i didnt even feel full i need two of it...hehehhehe

ang saya isipin na halos same year lang mga babies natin...pero halos mga baby boys naman kaya pwede ng mag create tayo ng fil am team hehehhehe then yung mga baby girls ang muse...hehehehe

It's good, really, I used to be constipated and when I tried this, you won't have problem with your bowel movement...

Doc Gracey, yang CS delivery pa nga ang iniisip namin kasi there is a possibility na maCS ako. Nasa lahi kasi ng asawa ko na kapag lalaki ang baby ay sobrang laki nila magbuntis. yung asawa ko eh payat pero nung pinanganak 9.9 lbs, yung dad nya 10 lbs., yung pamangkin nya mga lalaki ay mga nasa 8- 9 lbs nung mga pinanganak. pero kapag girl ang baby eh mga nasa 7lbs. lang. Good Luck pala at sana ay malaman nyo na ang gender ni baby

Eve, good thing nga at hindi k hirap sa pregnancy I am happy for you sabi rin ni hubby na i-ci-circumcise na rin baby namin kpag ka panganak nya pra isang pain na lang daw maramdaman ni baby.

Ruby, sinabi mo pa. pero back to normal na nman ang bowel movement ko. i take stool softener na everyday pra di na maulit yun hehe. Ingats!

bmtrrbt, feeling ko yung saging din ang nakaconstipate sa akin eh. kasi hindi ko napigilan sarili ko na hindi kainin yung saging lol! naka dalawa lang nmn ako pero alam mo na dahil buntis mahirap magpoopoo tas sinabayan ko pa ng katakawan sa saging lol! natawa naman ako sa asungot na tawag mo lol! more of water na rin ako and i am cutting myself down in drinking soda. yung ligament stretching ko na grabe eh twice ko na nafeel, yung una naER pa ako and they gave me pain shot pra hindi ko mafeel ang sakit. hindi nga kasi kaya ng tylenol eh, nafeefeel ko pa rin pain.

hello...i also have a question regarding about that WIC...i keep on asking my husband to apply WIC (just to save a little) but he doesnt want because he worries about my 'immigration' status...he dont want to apply any government programs like medicare, WIC and others because remember that our spouses signed an affidavit of support and that we will not be a burden of the state when we applied K1 (or K3) and also AOS.

and my husband keep on telling me to give it to other women of families who are really needing it and not because its free i have to take advantage of it....

but i still want to apply...hehehehe

so is there anyone here had a problem with immigration papers when they applied for WIC?

Hi,Me and my husband applied for WIC before I file my AOS.I didnt encounter problem about my immigration status.I was worried about it before that maybe USCIS will deny my application so i researched a lot of times about WIC and I found out that it is not one of the means-tested public benefits written on I-864P ( means-tested benefits are SCHIP,SSI and TANF ).

Health Department asked my husband's recent pay stub and proof of residency.They approved us even his income is above poverty guidelines.They checked my daughter's eyes,teeth,height and weight and she had her blood test too.They found out that my daughter is very healthy.The person there explained us about WIC and gave us nutritional information on how she (our daughter) will maintain healthy.After that,they gaved us WIC card and 3 checks every month for cheese,peanut butter,milk in gallon,cereal,juice and now they gave us coupons which cost $4 each coupons to shop at farmer's market.It's really good because thay way we can save a little.

WIC is not only for people who have nothing or who really needs public assistance.It is about nutrition for pregnant women,infants and children 1yr old to 5yrs old.

Ala namang masama sa WIC kasi hindi naman ibig sabihin na kung nakapasa ka eh walang wla kana talaga. May poverty guideline din kasi sila tsaka nasa kanila na rin yun kung ipapasa ka o hindi.
