Hi Sa mga mOMMIES***** tanong ko lng sna kc nag ka heartburn ako natural lng ba yun?? kc ang pangit ng pakiramdam tanong ko lng sna ano ba dpat kong enumin or kainin o gwin pra ma wla kc nkakawla ng gana komain ehhh,.help me nmn kng cnu ung nkaranas ng gnito nung nag bontis pa kyo

eve, ang galing ah pero hay wala kaming ganyan na laundry basket... hehehehe.... kanina nung papunta kami ng roos may nadaanan kaming garage sale then hubby saw a walker so yun binili namin for $5 and true enough its hard to roll on the carpet hehehehe but its okay kasi nga 5 dollars lang

tums is yung para sa heartburn...may calcium din yan so its good din for you while you are pregnant. you can buy that sa walmart or any store if you dont know then just ask about it sa store.

Yupm, it is natural. Avoid acidic food and milk and try to keep food to a minimum at suppertime. Some Maalox should help

bought Maizy's walker at a yard salem, too...a Winnie the Pooh for also $5 Akala ko di magro-roll sa carpet namin which is a berber, but it rolls just fine. I use it more in the kitchen para nalilibang sya pag andun ako. I don't know about how using a walker can hinder a child's walking. Alec used 2 kinds..yung rattan na andador and a usual walker. She skipped crawling, actually and went from sitting to standing to walking. Walked on her own at 10 months, so that by the time she turned a year old I basically had to chase her around the house.

iba kasi tong carpet namin... like if you stand for a long time it will leave a footprint sa carpet...the walker will roll kaso it will need a lot of effort from our baby hehehehe which di pa niya kaya so ginawa ko tinalian ko ng sintas yung walker and I pull it and he walks and push the walker...but before sya nagkawalker i practice him walking na like i hold his hands or i put blanket around his chest so i wont need to hold his hands yung blanket na lang hahawakan ko and he can walk...

he can crawl na rin...ewan ko ba itong mga baby may laruan na pero iba pa rin ang pinagtritripan...inaabot nya kung ano man ang nasa coffee table... pinagtritripan yung blinds ng door... kahit ano na lang ang makita nya except sa toys nya...

about feeding naman, we dont have a high chair or anything for him to seat while feeding him only bumbo seat pero i dont put him there kasi mas makalat...so i tried sa walker yun nga makalat din kasi he kept on moving, kept on reaching the spoon...hay mas gusto ko pa yung nasa lap ko sya and im holding him while feeding him kasi hindi makalat...then when he starts to blow raspberries i cover his mouth hahahaha...

i dont think walker can hinder walking...i think nakakatulong pa yun to strengthen baby's leg preparing for walking alone without any support. i still wish my baby will walk early din...hehehehe

anyway, im absent kahapon kasi nagtrip kami sa er kasi hubby ko natamaan sa ulo ng surfboard nya... first time ever it happend buti na lang di sya na knocked out sa water omg... so just to make sure that hes fine yun nag ct scan sya...sosyal dito noh ct scan agad pero kung sa pinas yan ay bukol lang yan...hehehe...

kung may andador lang sana dito I prefer that kaysa wheeled walker. yung andador kasi the baby has to give some force on their legs to move around unlike sa yung may wheels konting galaw lang ni baby nag mo-move na so lesser exercise.

ako mahilig kumain ng mangga bili sa walmart..i think made in mexico..

may bagoog alamang kc ako binili sa filipino store dito,

everyday isang mangga pinapapak ko..not sure kung naglilihi pa rin ba ako...

about heartburn..di ko alam kung ano yan.. pero dati acidic ako..

masama ba ang bagoong? nakaka manas ba yun ng paa? natatakot

kc akong lumaki paa ko..sabi nila walking exercise lang daw.
