sweet_pink, ang nice naman ng room ni baby. i am thinking of winnie the pooh stuff din for our baby :) Have a safe delivery :star:

gracey, pareho tayo, bassinet muna si baby tapos pagdating ng 2 or 3 months ay sa crib na. we have the same reason din kung bakit bassinet muna. gusto kasi namin na close si baby sa amin so incase na umiyak eh madaling puntahan dahil nasa tabi lng ng bed.

Ask ko lang, nakakareceive ba kayong ng kung ano anong coupons sa mail ninyo na hindi nyo man lang alam kung paano nila nalaman info nyo? nagulat kasi ako dahil pinadalhan ako last month ng Walmart ng makapal na booklet about baby stuff tapos this morning naman ay Target

yes pink dami ko na ring na receive na coupon at rebate checks from Healthy start baby formula, Johnson & Johnson products, Huggies and Pampers coupons and free guide book of baby's first year and parenting from Publix. Last week I also received 2 enfamil baby formula on the mail. If you like you can also sign up for the registry in Baby's R Us and they'll send you a monthly coupons.

Evelyn, super excited na rin ako to see and to hold my baby. I told my hubby sana yung ilong sa kanya mag mana

Nope. Would be nice though, being that I frequent Walmart a lot. Unless you registered at some baby site that asks for your address.

talking about ilong gusto combination pango ako at ang hubby ko naman long nose kaya maganda pag combination kasi cute tingnan...kasi dito sa usa yung pango na ilong eh cute para sa kanila hehehhehe...not all pero sa akin gustong-gusto ng hubby ko ang ilong ko...kaya i never really feel insecure about my nose...hehehhehe

talking about coupons...wala akong narereceive about sa pregnancy kasi di ako nag sign up online sa kahit ano about pregnancy...di rin kasi kami mahilig sa coupons kahit marami kaming narereceive thru mail na coupons...tapon agad sa basurahan kasi bills lang important sa amin na mails or yung mga important rin sa amin na mails...kasi hubby ko sa walmart at sam's club talaga naggrogrocery cheap na kasi dun compare sa ibang store...i hope one day mahiligan ko ring gumamit ng coupons hehehhehe.

hi,

ask ko lang, when did you start applying stretch marks lotion on your tummy? kasi ako three times ko pang nagagamit yun then im 4 months preggy na...di rin naman kasi nangangati tummy ko...do you think magkakaroon pa rin ako ng stretch marks kahit di ko kinakamot tummy ko?

malagkit kasi sa tummy yung lotion kaya di ako comfortable lalo na when we are sleeping...

I start putting cocoa butter when I found out na preggy ako. So far wala pa naman stretch mark and hindi naman makati yong belly ko. What I'm watching now is my belly button..ayaw ko kasi na mag pop out sya...sana wag naman heheheeh.

Sa ilong naman...oo nga totoo yon..pag pango nose mo dito kala nila cute hehehhe. Hubby thinks I have a cute nose too..:)

Stretch marks...another result of your body adjusting to your enlarging tummy...also associated with weight-gain. Your stomach muscles also stretch out to accomodate your growing uterus. Can't really do much about those but there are some exercises that can be done to keep your tummy tone and reduce (hopefully none) the incidence of back pain later on as your back tries to balance the heavier weight of your pregnant belly. I got stretch marks with my daughter (she was 8.2 lbs) and those are now flattening out now that preggy ulit ako :)

The pag-kamot is due to the sensation of itchiness which in turn is due to the stretching :star:

Coupons...really helpful. Sayang din naman yung ma-sasave in using them. We do the grocery usually at walmart or sam's club or meijer's but I found a lot of savings too at cub foods (i can splurge on shredded cheese and yoplait). I put the coupons in my car para andyan pag kelangan.

Hello to all mom to be

I am on my 9th week of pregnancy, going on 10th week this week. I have a hard time with this first trimister stage. I have had a rough time, sometimes I feel like giving up. To me it's just hard. Morning sickness? name it and I am experiencing all of those. I always feel nausea with vomiting consistently, as in everyday. More like 4-5 times a day. As soon as something hits my stomach, I throw it all back up. I feel so terrible. I was even confined for 3 days in the hospital because of continuous vomiting. I was dehydrated and had bladder infection. It was terrible but I am fighting for it. I'm out in the hospital now and recovering. I am very sensitive on the things I smell. It makes me nauseous and throw up. I feel very lazy. All I do is lay in bed the whole day which is not healthy but I always do an effort to force myself getting up once in a while. I always have a problem with the food I'm eating. At one point I want this food and as soon as it's in front of me, I don't like it anymore. I am very emotional. I take things seriously. I hate it when somebody tells me what to do, especially my mother in law who's been a pain in the ####..lol.. Maybe she doesn't understand what I am going through. She's been there but every pregnancy is different from the other. But anyways, I had a good report on my last Doctors visit and I am trying to maintain that. Hopefully all this things I am experiencing is normal and will pass through this first trimister. I am excited to get through with my first trimister.

I am excited to get through with my first trimister.

sorry if you have to go through all these. Am not much of a help kasi nung 1st trimester ko feeling ko nga parang d ako buntis. You'll just have to tough it out for the sake of your baby.

As for the stretch mark,,,didn't get any until last month when my tummy starts to drop. Way back before I was pregnant, everyday after shower I always put lotion all over my body and applied cocoa butter when I found out I was preggo but still had few of it on my lower abdomen. Like I said I was too skinny before and only weighs 85lbs and last week on my OB's appt. I was 131 lbs. I have gained 46 lbs. already  They said it shoud be a gradual weight gain and not rigorous so our skin have time to adjust the growth of our uterus and 8-10 glasses of water or more to hydrate our body and skin. Pero wala kasi akong pakialam lamon lang ng lamon specially during my last trimester palagi akong gutom. :bonk:

Hay naku...i just got out of that stage. My mother-in-law has been supportive though. Hubby brought me breakfast in bed when I was just feeling extra-terrible. Between my first and my second pre-natals, I actually lost weight as i was not eating much. Not really vomiting but really nauseaous. dinnertime was usually just me sitting at the dinnertable and watching my husband and daughter eat what i cooked as I did not want to eat anything. I would eat up my cravings though (pizza, ice cream, strawberries). I am feeling much better now but I still stay away from frying food or not eating fried food.

Don't worry...that's normal (although I was virtually morning-sickness-free in my first pregnancy). Hang in there...2 more weeks and you'll start to feel better, hopefully :)

Oh I really hope so. All I want is to pass this stage and have a healthy and normal pregnancy. My husband is very supportive and very caring. Hands down for his love, support, care, patience, sacrifices and just everything. He will do everything for me, unlike my MIL, she really s***s.
