ganun nga din ako eh, kaya nagdadalawang-isip talaga ako...hindi lang ako sa kinikilabutan kundi parang maiiyak pati ako kapag iniisip ko...lol. one of the nurse that i spoke with told me that male doctor is fine, thats why she recommended me one. in fact, she's the one who picked him for me...so i said ok, i'll try...

yan din ang sabi sakin ng asawa ko, tanggapin namin kung ano bigay ni God sa amin...ganun din ako...pero we have faith in Him and i know healthy baby namin...

My OB was a female kasi nga hindi ako comfortable sa male but guess what I wind up with a male OBGYN nung nanganak ako. Kasi it was Sunday and my OBGYN wasn't around at siya yung on duty kaya got no choice.

:star:

have a good day everyone!

....nga pala, when i was searching and reading on the internent regarding pregnanacy, i found out that eating fish at least twice a week specially tuna is really good for both mommy and the baby...but, im not a fish eater...so i wonder if taking a omega 3 fish oil supplement is ok.

do you have any opinion regarding this one? my husband and i bought a bottle of fish oil but i havent started taking it yet coz i read on the label that says...."consult your doctor before taking this if your pregnant".

I love fish very much kaso yong asawa ko naman yong hindi kumakain and nong preggy ako against talaga sya of me eating fish gawa nga ng mercury "daw" sabi nya hehehhe. He even asked to promised him not to eat fish hanggang sa manganak ako. Yong nag take na lang ako ng omega 3 fish oil..not everyday pero at least once in a while. but if you are not comfortable taking it with out your Dr approval you can ask him/her about it :)
