Had my last pre-natal today Went over admission procedures, the birth plan, etc. Still advised about going into labor before Monday...hopefully Maizy cooperates and waits till then But if she doesn't, everything is ready. I don't have much to do anymore but go in and out of the nursery and check on things...and recheck. Sigh...nakakainip lalo pag alam mong konting araw na lang. Am looking forward to Monday than to Christmas And am getting excited with the passing time

The staff at hubby's place of work threw me a little baby shower last Sunday at his place of work. Got a few pieces of clothing and packs upon packs of diapers and baby wipes...I think Maizy's first 2-3 months of diapers are covered already Was really very nice of them, going out of their way to do this for us...and I don't really know them other than that they work alongside my hubby.

hello sa lahat,

oo nga busy na mga mommies ngayon hehehehehe...good luck nga pala sayo ms. gracey post agad pic ha.

saan na kaya si pink baka busy na rin...pink post ka na ng pic pag may time ka.

kanina galing kami check up sa pcp ng baby ko...and his almost 7 pounds na..he was 6.4 pounds nung monday kaya happy na rin ako...though he only poo once a day so the pedia gave me another formula kasi breastfeeding and formula ako sa ngayon...but i only breastfeed him ng ilang minuto sa breast ko and nagpapump na ako kasi the first two days nung di pa ako nagpapump then i was just breastfeeding eh pag gising nya lalo na pag gutom sya eh umiiyak sya kasi di pa marami gatas ko that time and switching left and right disturb him so much kaya napilitan ako na magformula just to back up the breastfeeding...after nung first two days eh nakuha ko na yung gusto nya and since then he is so mellow na tulog kain na lang sya...and at night pag nagigising sya di ko na hinihintay na umiyak sya kasi pinapadede ko agad and yun so far easy masyado ang buhay mommy...and me and my hubby always go out and natutulog lang sya...and sa gabi halos kasabay lang namin syang matulog kasi nakikinig lang sya sa usapan namin ng hubby ko hanggang sa makatulog...all i do is to make sure he is full and his diaper isnt full and everything is so easy talaga...i just hope he will continue to be like that...

kahapon nagpunta kami sa toys r us...my hubby kept on looking for toys that he will like...nakakatawa kasi sabi ko baby pa yan uy kaya he wont care about anything...pero meron pa rin syang binili na small toy na nagdadrum...

may tanong lang ako kasi nakalimutan kung tanungin sa doctor...hindi ko pa kasi binigyan ng bath baby ko...punas punas lang ginagawa ko kasi baka ma infection yung circumcision and cord nya...how about other mommies how did you do it?

Umm...it's the Monday after Christmas

Oopps sorry, got confused on the day. I didnt realize that christmas will be on this week hehe. Maybe I'm not ready for the holiday yet.

Congrats Doc Gracey...malapit na malapit ka na. Oo nga ang tahimik ng thread nato. Medyo busy na kasi eh..nandito biyenan ko kaya panay labas namin ni hubby to watch movies..sinasamantala namin ang pagkakataon.

Riza-ok na ang eczema ni Jacob. I have this aveeno lotion with oatmeal yon yong nilagay ko sa ulo nya at himala gumaling.

RR-mas ok yan na punas punas lang kasi di naman madumi ang baby. Remember si Jacob non pinaliguan ng daddy kaya matagal gumaling yong pusod nya.

Lol...is ok. My MIL is arriving Christmas day kaya abala din ako preparing for her stay. She'll babysit Alec while we are at the hospital and will be staying till the New Year. Would be interesting kasi sabi ni hubby, baka sya mag-take-over sa kusina ko pag-dating nya We'll see...

naremember ko kasi dati sa mga kapatid ko na pinapaliguan ng mama ko kaso di nga lang binabasa yung pusod kaya tinatanong ako ng papa ko kung napaliguan ko na sabi ko punas-punas muna sabi naman nya baka raw makambing ang apo nya...hehehehe...napaliguan ko ang ulo nya kahapon pero yun lang kasi natatakot nako mabasa yung pusod nya.

tanong ko lang ulit...when ba nagheal ang tahi ninyo? one week na ako ngayon pero there are times na sumasakit pa rin...pero di naman masakit talaga...im still taking pain medication and stool softener sa ngayon...and meron pa rin blood sa ngayon pero kunti lang...normal ba yun? kasi next week ko pa check up ko sa ob.

dito kasi parang pinas lang ang weather pero mahangin at presko... nagtataka lang ako kasi di ko pa nakikitang pinapawisan baby ko hehehehehe...i guess kakaiba talaga ang weather sa pinas...nakakabantot... hehehehe...

well, babies don't really sweat till later plus, iba yung humidity sa pinas as well as the environment...

thank you...they always say na nagmana sa hubby ko pero okay lang atleast ako ang mommy kaso di nga lang halata...hahahaha...

hopefully kay pink naman na baby ang makikita mo...im excited to see her baby too.

Woohoo! Nangitlog na ako !!!

8:00 AM - We arrived in the hospital.

8:30 AM - I was already 6cm but i didn't feel any contraction. They gave me IV

9:00 AM - They gave me Epidural so that I won't feel any labor pain.

9:30 AM - They gave me Petocin and they break my bag of water.

10:00 AM - I was 8cm already. While I was watching TV in our room, they asked me on what time do I want to start pushing. I told them I want it 12PM because that is the time that Ellen De Generes show is over LOL! The nurses just laughed at me

11:30 PM - I was 9 1/2 cm dilated.

12:00 PM - I was exactly 10cm, The Ellen show is over and I was ready to push

2:34 PM - The baby was delivered through normal delivery. He weighs 7.52 lbs and 20 1/2 inches long and we have another good news! He had his ultrasound and his kidneys are cleared :dance: He still needs to see his Urologist though to have his KUB to make sure that there is really no more liquids in his kidneys.

I didn't feel ANY pain at all because they gave me Epi first before Petocin. My husband was with me during the delivery Tapos during delivery eh they were wondering kung bakit ako nagpupush sabay tawa LOL! kasi naman ala akong nafeefeel na pain eh nagexpect pa naman ako ng worst pain ever tapos feeling ko tuloy di ako nanganak hehe. Pero salamat talaga dahil ayoko ng pain hehe

I am soooo thankful to God about this wonderful blessing. Sarap ng feeling lalo na ng nilagay nila sa tummy ko si baby just right after he came out of my tummy. Tapos ang linis nya pa. Akala ko nababalot cya ng maraming dugo pero nagtataka sila bat malinis baby ko pagkalabas nya lol! kasi kaunti langyung dumi tas nung dumating nurse na magpapaligo sa kanya eh napagkamalan nyang napaliguan na baby ko LOL! Nagbrebreastfeed ako at medyo masakit nga sa umpisa pero kailangan tiisin for baby

I am still here in the hosp. salamat at meron silang WIFI at may pinagkakaabalahan ako dito hehe. I can't post his pic yet kasi may mga certain sites na hindi inaallow ng hosp. na i-open including na dun yung photobucket so siguro when i get home na lang on Sat ko post .

RR - Congrats at nanganak ka na rin pala Ang saya ng feeling no? sayang at di ko man lang nakita yung pic ni baby mo.

Princess - Congrats din sa'yo! halos magkasing bigat din pala baby natin and tama ka it is all worthy kapag nahawakan mo na baby mo. Sana gumaling na agad yung tahi mo at ang cute ng baby mo ha!

Grabbeeee ang saya saya ko dahil kay baby! at sooooobbrrrang busy din ako at puyat at pagod pero worthy naman lahat by just looking at my son. Sencya na at hindi ako makapagbackread kasi sobrang busy pa me. Ngayon lang ulit ako nakahawak ng laptop sas sobrang kabusyhan kay baby. Maraming salamat sa lahat ng bumati at I am always wishing you all good delivery and healthy baby.
