hello sa lahat,

i had my check up today and im almost 3cm dilated na...hehehehe...i like it kasi nakaka excite lang... i also asked my ob kung meron akong iugr and i have but im in the 14th percentile kasi pag below 10th percentile eh dapat ideliver early...and negative din ang aking group b test...yehey...

pink, when i had my ultrasound when i was 31 weeks my baby weighed 3 pounds something lang then kahapon eh 5.3 pounds so maliit sya pero kahit maliit sya eh proportion naman ang growth ng mga body parts nya...so im having a small baby but im contented na dun kasi ayoko rin ng malaking baby for my size hehehehe...my ob asked me kung ilang pounds raw ako when i was born and i said i was 6 pounds something so its just right. sa side naman ng hubby ko di nya alam hehehehe...

evelyn, ay naku sana lang wag pumutok panubigan ko while sleeping yun kasi request ng hubby ko. i just wish to get more dilated every week till my labor comes para pag maglabor na ako ayoko mag spent ng ilang oras sa hospital just to be 10cm dilated if ever normal delivery ako...and kung pwede rin mag ask agad ng pitocin eh gagawin ko para ma speed up yung labor ko...yun eh kung normal delivery...hehehehe...

about sa diaper eh nakabili na kami yun nga lang sana maubos agad ng di masayang...about sa clothes naku kunti lang talaga yung clothes ng baby namin kasi sayang naman kung ilang weeks lang magagamit.

me and my hubby went fishing after ng check up...hehehehe...kahit papano nakakain ulit ako ng fresh fish today.

RR- sakin sa kama namin kasi it was middle of the night..pero di naman nabasa yong kama namin kasi kunti lang naman. Akala ko pag pumutok yong bag of water isang labasan lang di pala ganun hehehehe. Hi all!!! So I gave birth yesterday, November 25, 2009 at 8:14am, C-section delivery to a healthy baby boy! He weighed in at 7.54 lbs and measured at 20 1/2 inches long. Everything went ok. Im up and walking around now. So instead of a turkey, we are having a baby for thanksgiving.

evelyn, ay naku sana lang wag pumutok panubigan ko while sleeping yun kasi request ng hubby ko. i just wish to get more dilated every week till my labor comes para pag maglabor na ako ayoko mag spent ng ilang oras sa hospital just to be 10cm dilated if ever normal delivery ako...and kung pwede rin mag ask agad ng pitocin eh gagawin ko para ma speed up yung labor ko...yun eh kung normal delivery...hehehehe...

about sa diaper eh nakabili na kami yun nga lang sana maubos agad ng di masayang...about sa clothes naku kunti lang talaga yung clothes ng baby namin kasi sayang naman kung ilang weeks lang magagamit.

I also had my OBGYN's appointment last Monday. Everything went fine. Narinig ko ulit yung heartbeat ng anak ko..hehehehe..Kakaexcite. Bingyan din ako ng swine flu shot which made me worry less kasi nga diba mga preggy mom ang prone sa flu nato. Hay sa wakas nabigyan na din. Buti nalang available na yung vaccine. Kinunan din ako ng dugo for glusoce test. Sabi ng Doctor ko eh tatawagan lang daw nila ako kung may complications sa test ko pero kung wla daw eh I'll see her in a couple of weeks. So I assume my test turned out negative kasi di nmn sila tumawag..Hay sna nga..hehehehe..Tinanong ko rin yung sa Braxton Hicks kasi may kasabay na cramping. I was kinda worried about that pero sabi niya eh normal lang daw. Pero emonitor ko lang daw yung interval ng braxton hicks ko..Hay..Medyo ang hirap na rin magkikilos when you're on your 3rd trimister. Di nmn talaga gaanong kalakihan yung tiyan ko. Cute masyado, minsan nga hindi halatang buntis ako..lol...Pero mga mommies nararanasan niyo ba minsang huminga? I mean yung bang prang hinahabol mo yung hininga mo..Hay..Nagsisilabasan na talaga na sila :crying: .

Dami na talagang nanganak dito ano! Congrats sa inyo..Kakaexcite nmn, ako eh medyo matagal pa pero hindi natin alam diba. Alam niyo mga mommies kinakabahan na rin ako :crying: , ganun din ba ang feeling niyo nung nanganak kayo. What did you do to overcome this feeling? But don't get me wrong excited din nmn ako kaso yung kaba andun pa rin..Hehehehe..Ganun nga tlaga bsta first time..Hay..

Speaking of epidural, pwede bang humingi ka na kapag nagdilate kana? I mean kung nsa hospital kna at minomonitor na yun contractions mo. Paano ba yun, pasensiya na eh wla nmn akong alam sa mga ganyan..lol..Hay ayaw ko talaga ng pain :bonk: yun yung isa kung kinakatakutan kaya curious talaga ako kung kelan nila iibigay yung epidural :lol:

Correct me if I'm wrong, I think if you're 8cm dilated d ka na pwedeng bigyan ng epidural..of course not unless there's a call for emergency during the last minute of your labor. With me before, during my pre-registration in the hospital I got to meet the anesthesiologist..he discussed the pros&cons of using epidural and that during my labor I can always say no if I don't want to.

Right now my wife is wanting us to go back to the PI during her pregnancy. She wishes to return to her job as principal of an elementary school where she only took a leave of absense in case we would still need it. In the PI she would be able to get very good medical care and also continue to work at a job that is not so physically intense for her, and earn good pay too.

I am real nervous about that, but the job situation ehre isnt so good either. She says we would come back to the USA in time for the baby to be born here. She thought while in the Phils she could also sell some of her land, for the added income we will be needing now.

It is hard knowing what to do

did she worked in a public school or private school in pi? thats a good option too...but in pi its quite hard for you to find a job unless you will have your own business...well you can start a sari-sari store in pi while your wife is working as a principal...i saw a usc with sari-sari store in our place...if both of you is earning money...life in pi will be easy.

She worked for the public schools. She still has the principal job to go back to, if only we can get there. And now they are giving 100 square meters of land to all principals too, and she owns a lot of land she inherited. She had said she would have me run the canteen at her school, or for me to find a job with one of the American companies over there. Then we would come back here so the baby is born here, and then I would look for work here again as soon as we get back.

Sound like to me that your wife runs the show in the relationship, Not Good.

Traditional rules is for the Man to be the decision maker, and the woman to support his decision. But I have seen a few men, that let the Woman wear the pants in the relationship.

Your plan about going back to PI, just don't jive for me, Salarys are very low compared to US Salary (like you can make 1 months PI Salary, in 1 day in USA). And land cost is penny on the dollars versus US Land price.

If your going to PI, You should plan on staying long term, not worth it you time and money for a short stay.

Plus if you plan on working you will need to secure Work Visa from Philippine Government.

You may have to apply for resident visa, and once a resident, you can apply for an AEP Alien Employment Permit), which allowes you to take on any job.

If you do not hold residency, there is a obstacle, that you need to prove that you have a special skills which will qualify you over any Filipino to get an AEP.
