Drank Anmum, too during my last pregnancy. Tried looking for them on here but a $1.89 gallon of reduced fat milk is just as good as taking $18-20 Anmum plus prenatal vitamins (plus some other calcium/protein/vitamin-rich food). Is a whole lot more practical, too.

Came back from my prenatal today. All is fine. I have the next (or should I say the last) three check-ups already scheduled, including a pre-op evaluation. All things are a go for the morning of December 28th All that needs to be finalized is the time which I should receive a call for. Meantime, the earliest the CS can be done would be 10:30am; would need to be at the hospital 3 hours prior Told the OB about the painful contractions and I was told that if it happens again, like 5 in 2 hours, that I am to go to the ER right away. SAid they would not stop the baby from coming but will do the CS instead. Still, hopefully, baby stays at least for the next 2 weeks Went home with pre-op preparations as well as post-op instructions. Am even more excited now

@Shiela, sorry sis pero di kasi uso anmum dito. milk lang na nabibili sa grocery store iniinum ng mga buntis dito saka prenatal pills at calcium pills lang

@RR- yan na lang din tawag ko sayo pra masmaigisi hehe. naitanong ko lang yung kung ilang weeks ka na kasi pra macompare ko yung weight ni baby ko. di ko alam kung talagang malaki lang yung baby ko or what. he was 6.5 when he was on his 34th week. My husband actually wants me to give birth pretty soon kasi he don't want the baby to get bigger and bigger in my belly so that i won't have a hard time giving birth. My belly isn't really big. I only gained 27lbs as of now.

@Doc Gracey, ako din as much as possible eh i don't like going to the hosp if i feel like it's only Braxton Hicks , pero kasi my contractions were so weird. It lasted for 4 hours and that time eh nag every 5 mins na cya so they decided na to bring me to the hosp. I am dilating now, 4cm na, actually 5 days na akong 4cm LOL! nakatulog na ata anak ko sa 4cm

@Princess, hindi pa ako nangingitlog and hopefully sana eh sa Dec pa, pero ewan lang natin Yung contraction eh yung naninigas yung tiyan na prang nagpuff ng unti yung tiyan mo tapos matigas yung tiyan mo pero mga 1 minute lang naman. Pero kahit na 1 min yun eh very uncomfortable ang feeling nun. Tapos minsan masakit yung contraction minsan hindi naman. Pero masmasakit cya kung sinusumpong ka nun at nakahiga ka so kailangan mong bumangon at lumakad lakad tapos mawawala din. Pagnagchange ka din ng position eh nawawala din ang sakit.

@Eve, we bought pampers swaddlers too and I hope na hiyang naman sa baby namin yun bilis bumigat ng baby mo ah hehe

@Brijo, is your wife taking pre-natal vitamins already? she should be taking it by now as she and the baby needs it. When I called to scheduled my first OB/GYN appointment, they asked me to take pre-natal pills and calcium pills

Salamat yung diaper na pang new born ba eh ilang weeks mo lang nagamit? saka mga nakailan ka sa tancha mo? kasi ang meron pa lang kami eh 100 pads ng new born size. lam namin na kulang pa yung 100. kung bibili kami ng isang kahon which is 240 pads eh hindi nmn alam kung sobra ba yun or kulang pa din. ayaw din nmn namin kasi may masayang hehe.

i had my check up today and im almost 3cm dilated na...hehehehe...i like it kasi nakaka excite lang... i also asked my ob kung meron akong iugr and i have but im in the 14th percentile kasi pag below 10th percentile eh dapat ideliver early...and negative din ang aking group b test...yehey...

pink, when i had my ultrasound when i was 31 weeks my baby weighed 3 pounds something lang then kahapon eh 5.3 pounds so maliit sya pero kahit maliit sya eh proportion naman ang growth ng mga body parts nya...so im having a small baby but im contented na dun kasi ayoko rin ng malaking baby for my size hehehehe...my ob asked me kung ilang pounds raw ako when i was born and i said i was 6 pounds something so its just right. sa side naman ng hubby ko di nya alam hehehehe...

evelyn, ay naku sana lang wag pumutok panubigan ko while sleeping yun kasi request ng hubby ko. i just wish to get more dilated every week till my labor comes para pag maglabor na ako ayoko mag spent ng ilang oras sa hospital just to be 10cm dilated if ever normal delivery ako...and kung pwede rin mag ask agad ng pitocin eh gagawin ko para ma speed up yung labor ko...yun eh kung normal delivery...hehehehe...

about sa diaper eh nakabili na kami yun nga lang sana maubos agad ng di masayang...about sa clothes naku kunti lang talaga yung clothes ng baby namin kasi sayang naman kung ilang weeks lang magagamit.

me and my hubby went fishing after ng check up...hehehehe...kahit papano nakakain ulit ako ng fresh fish today.

Geez...ako kaya...ilang pounds na si Maizy Two weeks ago, my fundic height was 29cm, "growing nicely" ang comment ng OB. Today, nasa 32cm yata fundic height ko...and i did not reach this size with Alec. Naku po...baka maging 9-pounder ito a...she still has 5 weeks to put on weight, about half a pound a week Hirap maupo sa toilet kasi kelangan straight back. Hirap maupo in general, I guess; it's either straight-back or naka-recline nang kaunti. Putting on sneakers is a chore that requires much effort...lol.

I only bought a 36 (or was it 32) piece pack of Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive kasi baka nga malaki si Maizy and will only use these for a short time. Mahal din ang diapers ha kasi minimum amount that you'd be using would be around 8 in a day. Hubby's co-worker is intent on giving us a baby shower and he told her na puro diapers/wipes na lang ang ibigay...and that bumbo seat Nag-uwi na rin sya ng mga pang-dressing for after the CS...pati pang-tanggal ng staples inuwi, just in case para di na kami pumunta sa clinic just for staplewire removal.

I went on craigslist tonight...there are people who are willing to give away their coupons for formula...

Intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) is a term used to describe a condition in which the fetus is smaller than expected for the number of weeks of pregnancy. Another term for IUGR is fetal growth restriction. Newborn babies with IUGR are often described as small for gestational age (SGA).

A fetus with IUGR often has an estimated fetal weight less than the 10th percentile. This means that the fetus weighs less than 90 percent of all other fetuses of the same gestational age. A fetus with IUGR also may be born at term (after 37 weeks of pregnancy) or prematurely (before 37 weeks).

thats iugr...since im in 14th percentile not less than 10th percentile eh di nila ako ininduce...habang di pa ako naglalabor i am scheduled for another ultrasound on my 39th week then the non stress test for the heart rate ng baby twice a week so sa friday im gonna have my non stress test...i did have my first non stress test yesterday and baby's heart rate is normal...pero kung di pa ako naglalabor by 39th week eh ilalabas na si baby...so in two weeks time yehey...normal naman ang aking baby kaso maliit lang talaga ang aking cutiepie baby hehehehe...

Thank you, pink, for reminding me. Yes, she is taking them. Every night now, thanks to you all. I am so forgetful, but a couple times now when I forgot someonen here reminded me. Thank you. I need constant reminders about that or else I will forget.

She was stressed tonight, and was having more cramping... I am worried...

does your wife forget to take vitamins too? i hope she will be okay...just tell her to relax and you too just relax...the more you get worried the more stressfull both of you will be.

No.1 yong binili namin...hindi kami gumamit nong newborn..so far naka 396 diapers na kami as off today...bilang na bilang eh..bale yong size 1 up to 14lbs sya. Ok na siguro yan madali naman bumili pag naubusan. Tama ka sayang naman kasi pag di naubos.

RR- sakin sa kama namin kasi it was middle of the night..pero di naman nabasa yong kama namin kasi kunti lang naman. Akala ko pag pumutok yong bag of water isang labasan lang di pala ganun hehehehe. Hanggat di pala lumabas yong baby eh tuloy tuloy pala yong paglabas ng water. Para kang umiihi pero out of your control. OK lang na humingi ka agad ng Petocin..yon din ginawa ko para mabilis mag dilate..although yong sakin tumagal din ng 20 hrs bago nag 10cm.

Hi all!!! So I gave birth yesterday, November 25, 2009 at 8:14am, C-section delivery to a healthy baby boy! He weighed in at 7.54 lbs and measured at 20 1/2 inches long. Everything went ok. Im up and walking around now. So instead of a turkey, we are having a baby for thanksgiving.
