sweet_wifey - I used a binder and it really helped to support the post-pregnancy belly.! It was the OB who told me to use it at binigyan ako ng dalawang binder sa hospital. Talagang masakit pa ang incision in the first few weeks. Inumin mo yong anti-biotic na niresita. About sa breastfeeding, hanggang 2 weeks ko lang na-breastfeed baby ko. Yong reason ay hindi dahil sa sakit ng incision kundi sa problema sa latching na sobrang frustration ko at awa sa baby. Feeling ko ginugutom ko pag di ko pinapakain. Kaya ayon, naging hiyang siya sa bottles at sobrang nahirapan akong ipa-latch siya. Take your time sa recovery. It will take a little while, but surely it will go away.

Mommy Riza, di nman ako nahihirapan na ipa latch si baby kasi malaki ang bibig.

Sa sin is dahil sa sakit talaga. di ko maalala if anong sabi ng doc ko about using the binder. blanko kasi ang isip ko. heehhee

Low pa ang iron ko ngayon so parang im floating....feeling ko wala akong tulog..

Hmm...dala ka nung mga kimono-style na damit ng baby, lalo yung long-sleeved kasi winter pa pag nanganak ka...oh...saang state ka nga pala? Also, dala nung mga lampin...the gauze type; they make good burp cloths or pang-sapin sa kung saan. A pack of 12 of those here costs a minimum of $10.94, so mas mura pag dyan ka bumili. The burp cloths they have here are pretty expensive, too. Otherwise, the other clothes/diapers you can just get here.

Continue your vitamins. Your baby is still small enough to keep turning. In the next month, he will turn to head-down position.

BTW...you may want to ask somebody to help you with your baggage. Remember...di ka pwede magbuhat.

yup, bili ka na ng damit for your baby sa pinas kasi dito mahal. tsaka halos mga onesies ang mga damit dito for the baby...gusto ko sana yung kimono style na mga damit kaso ang hirap hanapin kung meron man eh di naman maganda yung color mostly eh puti.

depende sayo kung gusto mo magdala ng pang haplas...hehehehe

dont worry about your baby being in breech position kasi maaga pa naman tsaka try mong mag research ng mga body movements na pwede mong gawin para mag change position si baby...i dont know kung meron pero just try.

about sa mga sakit sakit ng katawan eh normal na yan sa pagbubuntis pwera na lang kung sobrang sakit na talaga na parang you'll die na sa sakit eh di na normal yan.

naku ang hirap nyan pag ilang oras kang naka upo sa plane lalo na pag buntis kaya mag stretching stretching ka...

selos naman ako sa inyo...lumabas na mga baby nyo tong akin parang sarap na sarap sya sa apartment nya, ala ata planong lumabas.

masakit na masakit na lower back ko at tsaka yung pressure nya sa pelvics ko is becoming uncomfortable na. I am scheduled for another ultrasound for high-risk pregnancy kuno kasi masyado malaki si baby so bka daw di pede i vaginal delivery, my doc wants to make sure about sa measurement ni baby sana daw mali ang computation nya pero I am still hoping na sana natural birth lang ayaw ko kasi magpa CS bka mahirapan ako lalo na pagbalik ni hubby sa work ako nalng mag isa sa bahay.

Anyhow, Congrats sa mga nanganak na at finally nakakarga nyo na anak nyo.

Do you often feel the menstrual cramps like feeling? kaso ako feeling ko parang parating yung regla ko...tapos it also comes with the about-to-poop-feeling. Sorry ha ala akng ibang matanungan kasi first baby namin to tapos doctor ko naman scientific explanation lagi....nainis ako di makarelate minsan kasi lalaki si doctor ko eh. OK naman sya pero syempre pag nagdiscribe ako na PMS-like pain eh di nya alam yun.

Naku...you're 38 w and 2 days na...

Have you noticed any pinkish discharge yet? The way you describe it, parang you may be in early labor already. Too early to go to the hospital, unless you feel uncomfortable staying at home for a few hours. You may want to start noting how long each crampy/about-to-poop feeling lasts and if it intensifies. It's a saturday and nobody will be at the doc's clinic. So time those cramps that you feel.

The only thing I have been feeling is crampy, but painless, starting above my bellybutton and slowly spreading downward, lasting just a couple of minutes with no regularity.

Hopefully, you got an aisle seat so that you can get up and walk around from time to time during the long flight (which you will need to do)

bmtrrbt (did i get it right??? ) - i intend to use the kimono-style shirts I got at least habang humihilom pa yung umbilical stump ni Maizy. Tapossusuotan ko ng sleeper, or if long-sleeved kimono gamit nya, pajamas. Puro puti nakikita ko dito, di tulad ni Alec na iba-ibang kulay gamit nya. I have a few Carters ones that aren't exactly kimono, but button-down shirts. Onesies are a wonderful thing, as i discovered with my first-born...easier to change nappies kahit tulog.

My next investment...diapers Will start getting them a little at a time, perhaps in the next couple of weeks. And a pack of those flat-fold cloth diapers/lampin to add to the ones my mother sent me (somehow, alam ko mga 2 dozen yung ginamit ko kay alec...7 lang yung nakita at ipinadala).

Anyway, isa bang sign ng nalalapit na labor ang menstrual cramps? kasi nakafeel na ako nun twice na. once a week lang naman and I'll be 34 weeks preggy na this fri.

Gulp! mukhang nalalapit na talaga akong mangitlog hehe

about sa diaper nagcanvass na kami ng hubby ko kung saan kami bibili na makakamura kami...sa sams club kami mamimili kasi mga 288 diapers or 268 only cost like 40 something or 30 something depende sa brand...and also baby wipes sa sams club rin kami mamimili...

ganyan din feeling ko; bigla ako nainip. iniisip ko na lang na 6-7 weeks na lang para mas mabilis.

i had thought na saka na kami bibili ng diaper sa sam's; check muna namin kung magiging allergic yung bata sa regular diapers (the hospital uses regular Pampers Swaddlers). At Sam's, Huggies is cheaper than Pampers, so baka yung Huggies ang kunin namin. Baligatad sa Pinas...mas mura Pampers sa Huggies. Tested ko naman na both, and both are very good.

if those cramps get stronger and more frequent over time with some low back pains accompanying it, you may be. if nawala, hindi. I get those too, at times; pinapahinga ko lang. there are times na sunod-sunod yung braxton-hicks ko, about 4 every 5 mins. during those times, nagbibilang ako at nag-aabang, di naman na tutuloy. i had these, too when I was having alec and i did the same thing. somehow i dont feel them when i am moving around.

Hay naku...glucose exam ko na next week.. sana wala problema...palagi pa naman ako kumakain ng matamis...

Nakakapagod yung baby shower ko..at last natapos na...marami mga gamit ang ibinigay nila sa amin...like bottle warmer,wipe warmer, boopy pillow, onesies,sleep n play, snow suit,car seat,burp cloths,teether,warm blanket,recieving blanket, damit, diapers at marami pa iba...

Ahh! waka naman akong nafeel na back pains or wala din kakaibang discharge so hindi ako tumawag sa OB that time. Minsan din nakakafeel ako ng braxton-hicks 5 times sa loob ng one hour, grabe natakot ako nun. Ayaw ko pa kasi manganak dahil hindi pa time, so I called OB and she said to drink lots of water and lakad lakad daw unti. Nawala naman after kong gawin yun. Malamang mejo dehydrated daw ako nun kaya ganun hehe. Minsan kinakausap ko din si baby na huwag muna lumabas kasi hindi pa time

Mommy Shiela, dallhin mo lahat ng mga pregnancy records mo, mga ultra sounds copy. I traveled to US when I was 5 months pregnant. And make sure na pagdating mo dito hanap kayo ng OB. You can always ask for an aisle sit pag nagpa check in kana ng ticket mo. I traveled with my husband so hindi ako masyadong nahirapan.
