I think your list looks good just make sure that the evidence you submit spans the duration of your marriage. When I compiled my petition, I did it in sections: 2006 (the year we got married), 2007, 2008 & 2009 and then organized relevant info. in each section. I included a contents page with my cover letter.

I'm not telling you what to do but sharing what I did which may or may not be sufficient ~ I have not heard much yet from USCIS. What I got as most important from reading VJ was that your evidence spans the duration of your marriage.

Good luck! :star:

I'd say this looks like a great list of evidence. As HappyNathy said, having your evidence span the period from when you got married until now is very important, but it looks like you've taken care of that.

Make sure you've signed your check (and the date is correct), and that you and your spouse have signed and dated the I-751.

I put up a post detailing everything that I sent just yesterday (5/1/2009) over here, so perhaps that will be a helpful comparison for you, but it looks like your evidence is quite thorough already.

I certainly see and understand a lot of the advice regarding covering the entire span of the marriage, but given that, it still seems to me, submissions should emphasize current proof the marriage is ongoing and genuine. Just my two cents and how I plan to weight our submission.

I think your list looks great! Good luck!

Did you guys send the documents (mortgage statements, checking account statements, utility bills) for the past two years since the Green card approval or for 6 months. I have all the documents for 6 months except the auto/home insurance which was for two years.

It's important to submit evidence that covers the entire two years. Personally, we submitted evidence that covered the the time from when we were married up until now.
