CASE WAS DENIED PLZ HELP!!!

Hey everyone, we just received unexpected news today, our case was denied and we are freaking out we dont know what to do next plz help. we filed the I485 and I765 on july 17 2008 then we did the biometrics on august 2008. and on november 2008 we moved to another state so we did an address change. then we called on february to check the status of the case and they told us they sent a notice to us but it was returned as undeliverable but we never received it. it was supposed to be an RFE. we did several service request for them to send the notice to the new address but instead they sent us a denial notice. so please guys help us we dont know what to do next. do we start the whole thing all over again? plz any info is appriciated thank you guys.

How did you have you address change at USCIS, did you call or did it online? Did you get any incident/case number from them?

I haven't done address change but I've read on the website the options on how to do that but I don't know what you get as an evidence that you did cos that would prove that you never received the RFE letter.

Thanks for the reply guys, but we talked to uscis on tuesday around noon and an hour later we received an email from cris saying the case was re-opened on that day and they are going to review it and send us a decision with in 30 days. Has that happened to anyone?
