Of course, the flight to the Philippines is 16 hours or longer, and expensive. The CO in Manila must have understood that.

I agree!

This got me worried a lil bit too since my husband just visited me once and it's been a year already. We have a valid reason though in case the CO will ask me. Let's just have faith that God will guide us and the CO in all these process.

More visit the better! They almost ALWAYS ask how many times the petitioner has visited you at USEM.

I made 3 lengthly visits for the K3/K4 after being denied the first K1 and only one quick trip and few photos.

No problems with the K3/K4.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Your timeline sounds ok. Plenty of time to learn about each other. Not sure what Bucharest likes to see with regard to visits.

If you want to try another visit have her get to Amsterdam/London/somewhere that you can get to in one stop over. Multiple visits face to face can only be a good thing. Not just thinking of the visa, but for the couple to have more face time to be sure of their commitment.

What time of year did you go to Romania? Where did you go in the country? (Just curious, I've been there a couple of times)

`

I did JFK - OTP(Bucharest) on Tarom one time. Awful flight. Terrible serviceo. Nonstop mwas not worlth it.

I went there at the end of March this year. Came back almost 3 weeks ago. The travel was all with Continental and KLM. No regrets with service. Very good flights. It was 23 hours going and 24 hours coming back. Herastrau Park is amazing. Both big and beautiful. Believe me.....whatever we needed to know from each other we knew on those 3 weeks I was there. Spending time together 24-7 we felt like we were married already. We just confirmed what we knew.....that we are very compatible with each other and now we love each other more than was ever possible. I just hope that the CO can see it too.

PEACE my friend.............

Sounds good. Go back in the warmer weather and get out and see different parts of the country. It's a lot of fun.

Remember that your goal here is to make sure that the CO sees it. Don't hope, prepare for it. Better to give them more than they want to see than to get an RFE and have to pull more info together on the fly.

Best of luck to the both of you
