I must have posted those links in here...it was total NOOB-ness. Maybe it was before I got up the courage to see if I'd be told to GTFO for being less than 6 months old. Newb, but hopefully not a Noob (usually).

I like places where the owners are reasonable AND somewhat actively involved, but don't throw their weight around inappropriately. It's difficult when I like an online community and suddenly they go crazy etc.

I'm never as direct as the rest of the squad, I do like to point to the obvious but I mostly play nice cop.

But they should know the more aggressive members of the squad are helping keeping the stress out of the process. Drama is always fun!
