it's not mean. i just followed his insane directions and wrote him a very nice note telling him i stared at my book for 4hrs, but could not do the hw because i didn't understand ####### was going on. his very detailed instructions said if you don't understand something to skip it and write him a note, so that's what I did :)

how the ffff do i get a live person on the IRS hotline to get my tax transcripts?

N00b. You can't. At least I didn't. Why do you need a live person? Just key in your SSN and year of return that you want. It will be mailed to your address of record, gratis. I got mine in a week.

N00b. You can't. At least I didn't. Why do you need a live person? Just key in your SSN and year of return that you want. It will be mailed to your address of record, gratis. I got mine in a week.
