May AOS 2009 filers

My wife and I are about to send our package of i-130, i-864, i-485, i-765, i-693, & G-325A tomorrow (hopefully)

Anyhow we got some quick questions that we posted. Just wondering from this group, your answers.

1) Do we include the $70 for i-864? We are, did you?

2)

The mailing address that we are sending to is:

Do not pay the $70 when filing this package. You should be sending $355 for the I-130 and $1010 for the I-485. (That is the $930 plus $80 biometrics fee).

How you send it is a matter of preference. We sent it overnight via the Post Office.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I know what you mean about sleeping better at night once you get the NOAs. I cant wait to get ours so I too dont continue with dreams of deportation.

Another update ya'll

I received my Biometrics appointment today in the mail. I'm scheduled for June 6th @ 10am... And the place I am scheduled for is sooo close to my house.. 5 minutes away.. woo hoo..

I can't wait for it.. So excited..

I am glad to be joining all you May fillers. I sent in our package on the 05/19/2009 [i just realized that we actually got married on that day in March, 03/19/2009] and now the waiting period begins.

When I sent my forms in I sent them to the Chicago lockbox through the Post Office with a tracker number on so I had proof that they had received it. I sent a check for $1010 in total as I was applying having had a K1 visa which allowed me to file all of the forms for a lump sum. Your signature doesnt say which 'route' you took to arrive at AOS.

The post man assured me that my package would be delivered within 2 days and when i checked the tracking no. this morning, the package hadn't been delivered yet.....liar....I shouldn't have paid the extra money for priority mail.

I should stop whining because i know i need more patience, especially if i am to go down this AOS journey gracefully.

count me in.. i applied last may 14, 2009 and i just got my NOA today.. i hope the biometric schedule won't fall on june 13 to 16 since me and hubby will be in vegas for our honeymoon.

We received all of our NOA's today in the post, thank goodness!!!! Now at least I can stop having my deportation nightmares

Brendon: Fingers crossed you dont get any appointments during that time, but if you do I am sure that you would be able to reschedule them for shortly after. Have a wonderful honeymoon!!

Wow talk about fast, I received biometric appointments in the post today for the beginning of June, we only got our NOA's on Saturday!!
