April 27th - Changed name on SSN

July 2nd Packet returned as section not filled in correctly---how stupid am I?!?!?

July 5th Packet sent back (overnight delivery) to USCIS with form filled in correctly

July 6th Packet received and signed for at Vermont

August 18th Biometrics Appointment in Philly........JULY 27TH EARLY BIOMETRICS DONE

Nearly 1 year later!!!

Yesterday 0508, Receipts of I485,I130,I765 recieved,dated 05/05,seems not slow.

I checked online status and everthing is there.

They made little bit typing mistake on my address whick makes my unit #"H" to "11",monday I will make a call to service number to correct this.

Anyboday has update??

Have you checked to see if they have received your documents? I am sure that you should hear something soon.

I received my biometrics appointment today!!! Yay! I am scheduled for June 1st.

IDK what is next or when I should be expecting it. *Off to check out some timelines!*

11/18/08 - Arrived in U.S. on B2 visa

02/05/09 - Extended return plane ticket to stay for an extra 3 months

04/23/09 - Decided we didn't want to be apart even though we extended the stay and got married!

04/30/09 - Sent I-130/I-485/I-765 from B2 (no I-693 as it is not yet complete.)

05/03/09 - Received email form USPS stating that package had arrived safely and was signed for!

05/11/09 - Received NOA1's for I-130/I-485/I-765

05/16/09 - Received Biometrics Appointment

05/30/09 - Received a CRAZY amount of RFE's that were dated 05/21/09

06/01/09 - Biometrics Appointment Scheduled. In and out in 10 minutes!! Sent off RFE information (Should arrive in MO on Wed.)

06/03/09 - USCIS received RFE response

07/23/09 - I called to have a service request put in

07/24/09 - I-765 Touched (FINALLY)

07/25/09 - I-765 CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!!!!!! (About time!)

08/03/09 - EAD card came in the mail WOOHOO!!!

08/07/09 - Interview letter arrived

09/02/09 - Interview Date

09/07/09 - I think this is the day I received my Green Card.. Can't quite remember anymore.

Removal Of Conditions

08/03/11 - WOW it's already been TWO years! Sent ROC package to VSC.

08/05/11 - NOA1 date which arrived 8/10/2011

09/02/11 - Bio Appointment the notice was dated 8/12/11

Are you allowed to just walk in to any of the branches? My appointment is set for June 1st at the Buffalo branch. I would like to go to the same branch but will te Buffalo branch allow early walk-ins too? I don't want to go in and get in trouble for being there when I should be there 2 weeks later.

Also if I did get it done my EAD card (logically) should arrive sooner right?

Hi,Aloe,my office is in LA area,everything goes very well,noone gives me a hard time,I just explained to the officer that I will be out of town from this saturday to june 1st for vacation and he agrees.

Anyway,try never hurts in this kind situation.I think it might help a little on the EAD processing since we saw in most cases here VJ EAD will be touched immidiately while BIO is done.Good luck!!!

Hey All

My wife and I are about to send our package of i-130, i-864, i-485, i-765, i-693, & G-325A tomorrow (hopefully)

Anyhow we got some quick questions that we posted. Just wondering from this group, your answers.

1) Do we include the $70 for i-864? We are, did you?

2)

06/12/09 - Received BioMetrics letter. :) Hurray!

07/01/09 - EA Approved & Card production ordered

07/06/09 - Received AP

07/08/09 - Interview Set for 08/20/09
