i am the beneficiary as well, I used to call NVC everyday since my hubby is busy person too..just prepare your NOA receipt number which is starts with WAC followed by ten numbers..then when you like to talk to operator, they will ask the beneficiary's name and DOB and the petitioner DOB then your MNL case number... :thumbs::thumbs:

thanks for posting! you mentioned about the MNL case number where can i see/get this one? i have with me my NOA2 but did not see any MNL case number..ohh thanks for helping me out im really new to this things a little innocent

as what other say, the NVC will give you MNL case number once you call them , the number that you need to prepare is your NOA receipt number :thumbs:

Hi sasha414 and peaceful_lyn!thanks for sharing!By the way how many minutes before u were able to talk to the NVC personnel?is it only the WAC...they are going to ask me?i wanted to be prepared before calling them.. again,thank you very much...

i heard that the best time to call them is after 8am phil time which is after 8pm for NVC. i usually called them 8:30 and i got thru right away.

feb. 26,2008-----noa1

aug. 26, 2008----transferred to csc

sept. 19, 2008--- approved

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

if i remember it right, i got my case number in the mail . whenever i called NVC to make an inquiry, they would ask for my case number which started with MNL.

Good morning to all!!! Just a clarification if i can make a call to NVC asking the status of our paperworks(if they send already to the consulate)..My beloved is a busy person so he entrusted me to do it myself if ever possible..Do you guys experienced calling them? Hope to hear from you guys who experienced it..thanks a lot!

Update! Just called NVC in a minute passed and have now the MNL case number yipeee!! Now what is next?

How could i track if the USEManila already receive?thnaks a lot for your help!!
