Wanna share your experience calling NVC being the beneficiary?

Good morning to all!!! Just a clarification if i can make a call to NVC asking the status of our paperworks(if they send already to the consulate)..My beloved is a busy person so he entrusted me to do it myself if ever possible..Do you guys experienced calling them? Hope to hear from you guys who experienced it..thanks a lot!

hi i do call at NVC last march to know status just add up 00 to the nvc hot line i use mobile phone by then use SUN network its cheap only 5 pesos per min. just prepare your case no usually begin WAC******* good luck best time to call them is 9 pm here i called that time i speak the operator not machine.... :thumbs:

im the beneficiary too and i tried calling NVC a couple of times before asking about the status of my case. NVC was very helpful and gave me the information i wanted so im sure they will answer your questions too.

Hi sasha414 and peaceful_lyn!thanks for sharing!By the way how many minutes before u were able to talk to the NVC personnel?is it only the WAC...they are going to ask me?i wanted to be prepared before calling them.. again,thank you very much...

i am the beneficiary as well, I used to call NVC everyday since my hubby is busy person too..just prepare your NOA receipt number which is starts with WAC followed by ten numbers..then when you like to talk to operator, they will ask the beneficiary's name and DOB and the petitioner DOB then your MNL case number...

if you are on budget use the SUN network 5 peson per min when i called then it took me 4 to mins then i get the result my first call to NVC bad news because i found out we are oN AP but a week later i called again and i speak to lady operator ask again what the status of our case and good news then we are out of AP and she gave me my MNL case #

NVC will gave or assign you the MNL case# as you called them after you know you know your status if it is already forward here in manila embassy then you may ask you MNL case# its okay dati din ako gnyn walng alm

once u call the NVC they will give u your MNL case number
