Hi Everyone,

I am sure this has been asked, but I could not find it when I did a search.

My wife and I just got married about two weeks ago  after she arrived on our K1 Visa. She is applying for the 485, 131 (traveling thing), and I-765. She is trying to figure out the I765 and her F-1 OPT

We met over 6 years ago when she went to graduate school in California. She graduated and worked for about 5 months in Indiana. She went back to Japan for four yeas and than we got engaged when I went there last year.

Should we include her OPT with the I765? I am guessing yes, but wanted to confirm it here.

Thanks!

Hello there, congratulations on your marriage!, i'm also filing for all those forms, i filled out my i765 form yesterday, these are the things she will need to send along with the i765:

• Copy of last Employment Authorization Document (card and paper)

• Two identical Photographs taken within 30 days of filing application. Photos must have a white to off-white background be printed on thin paper with a glossy finish. Passport style photos must be 2” by 2” . when she has the pictures write name on the back and A#

No Fee is required when filing with Residence form
