Hi Waldo,

I haven't reached that far yet in the process, but I know from another forum that the address has changed. I think that's the new NVC address:

31 Rochester Ave

Suite 100,

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

Good luck and speedy process!

here is the nvc phone number1-603-334-0700, Please call them to confirm any address before mailing such important information. I'm towards the end of my process, the nvc just today notified me to send additional information, they did not give me this suite 100 address.

Waldo here is the address and other info:

If you are unable to pay online you must pay by cashier’s check or money order:

You will need the Fee Bill(s) provided to you by the NVC bearing the applicant's case number and bar code. Note: If you have misplaced your fee bill, please contact the NVC. DO NOT send a fee payment without the fee bill.

Place the Fee Bill(s) along with a cashier's check or money order made payable to the Department of State in an envelope addressed to the NVC.

Affidavit of Support (AOS) Payments MUST be mailed to the following address: National Visa Center

PO Box 790135

St. Louis, MO 63179-0135

NOTE: When you are combining fee payment for one payment by cashier's check or money order see Number 5 below for the mailing address.

Immigrant Visa (IV) Application Processing Fee Payments MUST be mailed to the following address: National Visa Center

PO Box 790136

St. Louis, MO 63179-0136

AOS and IV fees can be paid together. Make sure the cashier's check or money order is prepared for the total dollar amount of the fees. Again, all payments must be accompanied by the corresponding Fee Bills. Mail the combined fee payment to the following address: National Visa Center

PO Box 790136

St. Louis, MO 63179-0136

Before mailing your payment, please review the following:

The NVC cannot accept personal or attorney/firm check(s).

If you wish to send your payment via an overnight mail courier service, please note that only the U.S. Postal Service provides such delivery service to post office boxes.

Use only the addresses specified above for fee payments.

Send only the payment and fee bill to the St. Louis, MO address.

Do not send any other documents to the St. Louis, MO address.

Do not send any documents to the Portsmouth, NH address until they are requested.

Do not forget to put the correct postage on the envelope.

Write the applicant's case number in the memo section of the check.

After the check/money order has been cashed, the NVC will mail you instructions for completing the next step in the immigrant visa process.

Note: If it is the applicant's intention to adjust status with Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS), please contact the National Visa Center before taking further action or making any payment.

How is every thing goinging so far?

Use the address on the coversheet you were given from NVC. That is what I was told when I mailed the IV packet on April 29th.

The IV packet arrived the next day and is now being reviewed. The AOS and IV fees I paid on line so there was nothing to mail.

As Chris and Ani mentioned, the NVC address for sending your AOS and Visa App changed last week.

Per NVC, they will continue accepting mail at the old address for 30 days from the date of April 28th.

So in short, you could send to either address...it will just be more expeditious sending it to the new/current address.

As with TayRivers, you could get lucky, and there might not be a delay in getting it to the correct address.

As for the NEW NVC address for sending additional information (ie response to an RFE) this is still under investigation.

Good luck with your journey.

I Agree, I used the old address to mail my RFE documents as per the coversheet on Apr 22nd from India it reached there on the 28th and was scanned into the system on the 30th. I didnt face any problems. Your best is to use the old address as they will keep forwarding the mails that come there for 30 days.
