Our case was transferred to CA in June and nothing since then. Just got email from CRIS tonight that it is now "pending." I guess that means that before now it was just sitting in a vault and now someone may actually look at it.

Hi,

Can anybody who had Dr. Arnold transcribed their medical records and had been approved for green card share their experience?Our interview schedule is on Aug 24,just had my shots completed today and sent my papers to Dr. Arnold. Im worried about two things: (1) if I will get my papers from Dr. Arnold's office before the interview date and; (2) if there will be problems about the I-693 during the interview.

I will really appreciate it if somebody will share his/her thoughts about this matter.

Firstly, congratulations on receiving your interview date, ours is a few days before you so I fully understand your anxieties. We sent our papers to Dr, Arnold but AFTER we received the interview notice (we were going to try to get away without it). When I called the very nice woman on the phone said that their turn around time is 3 working days after they receive it. I sent the required papers to Texas on one Friday and the next Friday I had the I-693 papers in duplicate (one is in an envelope which is sealed and needs to remain that way, the other is open for your own records). I was very happy with their service.

same here! i had my biometrics june 16 and received my work and travel document last july 2. I received an email from cris that my papers was transfered to california june 25 and since then i haven't received any news...i am hoping to be able to receive my green card before the 2nd of december since i will be flying back to my country to fix my other wedding ceremony there.

Wow,I sent my papers last Friday too,through UPS overnight and it will be in their office by Monday morning. I am so excited and nervous at the same time.

I have collected everything that has bothof our names on it but I don't think it is enough.

11/18/08 - Arrived in U.S. on B2 visa

02/05/09 - Extended return plane ticket to stay for an extra 3 months

04/23/09 - Decided we didn't want to be apart even though we extended the stay and got married!

04/30/09 - Sent I-130/I-485/I-765 from B2 (no I-693 as it is not yet complete.)

05/03/09 - Received email form USPS stating that package had arrived safely and was signed for!

05/11/09 - Received NOA1's for I-130/I-485/I-765

05/16/09 - Received Biometrics Appointment

05/30/09 - Received a CRAZY amount of RFE's that were dated 05/21/09

06/01/09 - Biometrics Appointment Scheduled. In and out in 10 minutes!! Sent off RFE information (Should arrive in MO on Wed.)
