hey gurls!

I guess I missed a lot, but I´m so busy, so congrats to all the EAD approvals!!! :dance:

Slowly I start to get nervous too, cause my Biometrics was on the 5/6/09 but I haven´t gotten any touch after that. the last one was on 5/28/09! Is that normal?? should I call or are they just slow here too?? :wacko:

my AOS hasn'e been touched even after biometrics.... :(

EAD and AP touched a week after biometrics....no updates on them so far....

June 15th - EAD Card Production ordered! Man, that was beyond fast!!!

I noticed they touched my AP today also, but no news on that. I hope I filled it out OK.

Ugh, as much as I wanted the EAD...now that means .....JOB HUNTING! Gross! :P We are never satisfied haha

Don't worry folks, it will come soon enough!!!

September 11th, 2004 - Met in Asia

June (I think) 2008 - NOA1

October 2008 - NOA2 (P3 sent to wrong consulate by accident)

January 19th, 2009 - P3 finally arrives to correct consulate AND me!!

I filed I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765 on May 23rd, so far I am waiting for my biometric appointment which is scheduled on June 29th.

My filed office is Spokane, WA...no idea if they are fast or not.

The whole process is stressful...hope to get over it fast!

As other VJ filers have done, you may choose to walk in earlier than the appointed time that USCIS provided on your NOA.

Most people didn't seem to have any problem when they did a walk-in on biometrics prior to their appointments. :]

Try and see you can do a walk in before 6.29.

My hubbie is done with his biometrics, he made a long long line, he was number 54 poor baby :( but everything was all right, now the real waiting begins.

Is funny he brought tissues to clean his hands lol he had no idea it was computerized. :jest:

Also the letter says no recording devices or cell phones allowed and people had theirs they just had to take out the battery and that was it!.

I have a quick question!

I wanted to do the name change during my interview cause I read that most people did it that way. But now that our case has been transferred to the California Service Center and I might not even have an interview, I was wondering how to do it.

Should I just call and tell them? Or wait?
