Hey everyone. I also got two emails today stating that our AP was approved, and that card production of my husbands EAD has been ordered and to allow 30 days to receive in the mail. WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOO!!! =) We're so happy that things are moving along so quickly. Good luck to everyone waiting for those emails...surely you will be getting them soon as well!

Where do you guys see the "touch" thing from USCIS. In all this K1 visa process I have never been able to figure out where you all are looking!

I go to uscis website, and go to "case status online" and put in the receipt numbers (MSC....) Is that it??

Please help me, i wanna see USCIS touching me too!!

Is anyone else having this problem? We got NOAs on May 18 and still no biometrics letter. Everyone of you guys that I've looked at seems to have gotten the appointment letter just a few days after the NOAs.

Ugh it never says anything

All it says is that on May 19th they received my case and it is all pending. They didn't update to say a biometrics letter was sent. Ah well, it will come either way i guess whether I stalk them or not

how come everyone's files get "touched" 1 or 2 days after finger printing....and mine didnt???

@Cartman: I wonder, too. Mine got touched the day of the biometrics and on Memorial Day (I don't know what that means). BUT people usually get there aproval notice pretty fast after that for the EAD. Mine just sits there and nothing happens....Does that mean I get an RFE?

@FormelyCA: I didn't figure it out for a long time either. You have to create an account on the USCIS website. And add your cases. Then you can see "Last update" dates and that means it was touched. https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/selectusertype.jsp

Hi all...havent been in here for a while.

we sent out all our aos stuff may 20th. it said it finally arrived on the 25th....for some reason it took 5 days to go from chicago....to chicago.

and today they finally cashed the check...still no noa1 after 14 days.

Hopefully we get the NOA today or tomorrow...here is to wishfull thinking

Congrats Bellavita and SK&SP on your speedy EADs! That's awesome. I had my biometrics on the 21st so I am hopeful to be hearing something soon.

Cartman, I haven't seen any touches or changes on my online status, now am 2 weeks post biometrics. I don't know if I have a slow field office (memphis) or what. Or maybe I'm looking in the wrong place, as all I see is that as of May 13th, my application was received, and that's all it says.

bellavita, I think you are right about the transfers - I am expecting some lucky May Filers to be getting good news any day!

I hope you are right. That would be so awesome!!! Well, I didn't find a job yet, but I would be so pissed if I find a job and my EAD still wouldn't be approved. So hopefully there will be some good news, soon.

Just checked online case status again, there is a "touch" on the I765, it is updated again by today 06/03,but message is the same with yesterday" card production ordered", I think maybe it means the card production department recieved assignment from MSC and confirmed,lol,just I was guessing B)

I'm imaging some people there is putting a paper into the very big print machine

I know, that's what I do and it is not good actually....at least since the last 1.5 weeks not to see anything happening on my case. Well, I just hope there is something happening soon.

I hope I'll get some news in the next couple of days, taking bellavitas timeline as a reference....
