Now we are waiting for them to cash our check and send us the NOA!!!

Congrats to moksha, gabriela525 and kiwie on sending in the AOS package. The waiting begins again :star:

rexalite put together a spreadsheet that May filers can fill in to keep a track on everyones progress. You can fill it in yourself (click on 'edit this page' on bottom left side of the spreadsheet) or if you have trouble, let rexalite know and i'm sure they will help/edit it for you

03/15/2012 -Received letter from USCIS - have to go to interview April 24th

04/24/2012 - Interview and ROC approved!!

05/07/2012 - Received email, card production ordered

05/11/2012 - Green card arrived

06/22/2012 - Mailed N-400 package to Phoenix/AZ Lockbox

06/26/2012 - NOA date

06/28/2012 - Check cashed

06/29/2012 - NOA arrived in the mail

07/02/2012 - Biometrics appointment letter arrived in mail

07/30/2012 - Received text +email. Application placed in line for interview

* Married on March 18, 2009.

* Papers mailed on May 8, 2009, arrived at Chicago lockbox on May 10, 2009

* Check cashed on May 14, 2009.

* NOAs for AOS, EAD, and AP issued on May 14, 2009 and received on May 18, 2009.

* Biometrics letter received on May 20, 2009.

* Biometrics appointment on June 4, 2009 at 8 am.

* EAD and AOS touched on June 5, 2009.

* EAD card production ordered and AP approved on June 17, 2009.

* EAD card received on June 25, 2009.

* AP received on June 26, 2009.

* Celebrating five years as a couple with much-delayed reception on June 27, 2009. What a journey it has been.

* Case transferred to CSC on July 14, 2009.

* Received noticed that case is pending at CSC on July 21, 2009.

I can see online 2 out of the 3 cases I filed , but not the case of my youngest boy, he in only 11 and he doesn't need to get fingerprinted, I'm wondering if this is the reason, just a little bit concern about it, I receive 2 NOA"S for him I-485 and I-765 maybe his case is gonna be faster for the same reason, lets wait, wait, wait and see

B) Yay......just got biometrics letter today which says my appointment is schedulled at 30th May.I just found it's a saturday ,maybe I should try it earlier

since I will be out of town that weekend.Anyway,I'm so happy to see steps are moving.Wish all of us have fast and smooth process. :P
