Big deal. At my school you could get suspended for going to the arcades wearing the school uniform. The nuns patrolled to make sure we were not hanging out there after school

Saludos,

Caro

lolz, I hear you hermana  -- at my high school, you would get suspended if you had ANY -and I mean ANY- public displays of affection. OR if you broke the uniform code in any way. THAT was some serious discipline. Hell, the conduct code read like a manual for the Marine Corps.

 Those crazy nuns. I had a nun for my art teacher, sister Diana. She wore her hair like a German helmet. I don't think she ever smiled.

My nun teachers did not have any hair, but rather some sort of aerodynamically designed headress, heavily starched in black and while. They were extremely accurate with a stub of chalk, and deadly quick with a wooden pointer.

Wow! :o I thought they got rid of those after Vactican II (circa 1964)?

Mr Bill would have been about 8 years old then. ;)

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Let's put it this way, when I was learning to be an altar boy, the responses were still in Latin, "Mia culpa, mia culpa, mia maxima culpa."

Did you ever spend the night over at the priest's rectory?

 No, our pastor liked cigars, and playing golf. Old school Irish stock. St. Mels in Woodland Hills, up the the West San Fernando Valley.
