CR1 Case Complete as of April 30, 2009!

congratulation to both of you. It's a good feeling isn't it? I felt the same way when I got my petition approved. I don't know what happened when our case complete. It must be soooo gooodddd to hear that your case is complete isn't it? ohhh mannn when is our turn? hehehe GOOD LUCK ON YOUR NEXT STEP.

I never thought that our case will be complete before the end of April. I asked GOD to please make our case complete before the end of this month and HE did - GOD answered our prayers. Even there are times that we almost want to give up, GOD said NO but to continue to fight and finish the race that HE set upon us..

I listened to the AVR and it says that we are case complete just today April 30, 2009. I shouted for joy and called my husband at work and he was surprised. We're so happy and praising GOD for this!! Thank you Lord!

I am happy that finally this paperworks is about to end. I'm still going to hold on to my Lord Jesus and put our faith upon Him.. Only to HIM and no one else!!!

congratulation again ..my case was completed last April 24 ..hope we will have our interview date soon....

hi mariel, im happy finally our case is now complete.. i have lots of questions about our AOS documents and i thought we will be having an RFE for this - but i was wrong! Thank GOD for his guidance..

Do we need to reply to NVC via email regarding this AOS Checklists? We got this email yesterday after the AVR said Case complete.

The NVC has received the requested Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230). However, we are still

waiting for the Affidavit of Support form. Please submit the Affidavit of Support form according to the

instructions on the Department of State website at the following address:

www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov.

From there, you can fill out an Affidavit of Support form online, then print the completed form and mail it to NVC.

I called NVC awhile ago and i asked if i have my intervew date - the operator said that she cannot give the exact date since its the USEM who will assign the interview date. She also said that May was already full of interviews...

I asked if our case is really complete (just an assurance) and she said it is complete.. ill call the NVC mabye after 3 days

i would suggest to change the air tickets because you might not get the interview date so fast since the dates must be filled so soon..

i bought the ticket 2 weeks ago.. we will be visiting my father's relatives in Cebu - i didn't expect that my interview date will be assigned on that day. No letter yet - we are still waiting.
