Kids and AOS

I know what forms I have to fill out for AOS but I have 2 kids. Which ones do I need to fill out for them? What is an I-94? Do I get that when I activate my K1

You can add their names to your AOS application form and then you will need to do a G-325A for each of them. I'm not sure if every child of any age requires this, but my teenage daughter did require it.

The I-94 will be put in your passports when you enter the US using your K-1 and K-2 Visas.

So the fee for the I-485 is $325 and it says $225 for children under 14. Does this mean I'll be submitting $775 for this application??

Yes... additional $225 per child under 14. G-325A not required under 14 but separate I-485 for each.

I recently applied for AOS for myself and my 2 two children, aged 15 and 13, i filed three seperate I-485 and G-325a one for each of us

Remember to add extra $70 for biometrics for you... so if your 2 kids are under 14, total would be $845
