I found a template for a cover sheet for the I-864 on here and it mentions a 'cover sheet with barcode'. Is this required for the AOS and how do you generate it?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Oh...

You are doing a K-1 - that is only for people doing I-130, IR/1 and CR/1 cases.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
