Last week, I received the initial interview letter. What should I prepare for this ?

My situation,

I am a Canadian and married my husband Feb. 2008. Visited my husband every month before last Sept. But I was rejected last July in the customs boarder. Finally I got permission to visit my husband again last Sept. since i showed them I had a job and apt lease in Canada. I was going to visit my husband at that time. But visiting the Dr. because we wanted to have a child, we were told that I should stay in US, not wasting a month, to get treatment since I am already old.

So I decided to stay since then, and filed I-130, I-485, 765... last Dec. A few month passed, I did not receive EAD as supposed, nor social security number. But I did receive a letter for May 26th initial interview.

Who can help me please with what kind of questions I should prepare? Thank you in advance.

I am going to share my interview story after this interview.

Did they know you were married to an USC in July and September when you came through POE?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
