well my wife and I showed up 25 min before out interview time and we were called in at 1:30 on the dot. When we arrived, the lady behind the window was so nasty just snatching the paperwork out of my wife's hand. We stayed calm and let her act like jerk she was.

We were called in and it lasted maybe 5 minutes. We were sworn in, asked my wifes name, date of marriage, if she had a job, where we lived and all documents with both our names on it. We showed all the paperwork, he kept it all and then told us our case was being approved and we would get the Green Card within the next 10 days.

He asked her if she we get a job in the next 2 weeks, we told him no, he took her EAD because it will be invalid once we get the green card anyway.

He didn't stamp her passport or anything but he def told us we were approved!!

we were so stressed over nothing. Thank you so much for everyone who responded and a special thanks to this website for the guidance. You made the process very simple. There were tons of couples there probably shelling out lots of money for lawyers, and yet we did this all ourselves.

Wow! CONGRATULATIONS!!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
