I-130... Can further supporting documents be sent while pending?

My I-130 case is still pending. Now, my question is that is there a way additional documents that could support our case be sent? My case was transferred from VSC to CSC. Dont know if its possible, unless there is an RFE. Would somebody have any knowledge on the subject, and if possible, how so?

I would wait to see if you get and RFE - you could possibly send more data in, but I am not sure how you would do that (perhaps ref. number is needed)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

I agree with Bobby Umit. They may even match up your original application with what you send in. If you get an RFE then send what they request. All the best!

Did you forget to submit something? It may go through just fine. I would wait for an RFE, if you get one.

Good luck,

Shelly

Shelly&jay! Actually this evidence came up after the application was filed:)

Congrats! How very very exciting.

I would still wait. You may not get an RFE, but you could bring this to your interview as additional evidence. And you may be okay without it.

Congrats again! Very happy for you.

Shelly :D
