The link given in the 1st page is no longer working. Wanted to check with you guys which URL did you use to track your package. Kindly share the updated URL.

It works....I've done it already and saw what maybe your package....it will be there Tues the 15th. I did it earlier also but I wanted you to figure it out so you can get excited on your own.

Sometimes your browser can screw it up. If you are using Bing, then try Internet Explorer, or Firefox, or Chrome, or Edge. If one doesn't work, try another....

I'm having difficulty with this.

My package left the NVC between 21 and 23 December 2016 for the Consulate in South Africa.

Track Using Personalized Shipper's References

DHL allows you to track your express shipments using a personalized reference number. Adding this reference on your waybill allows DHL account holders to differentiate shipments on their monthly invoice.

Some of your queries resulted in an error

• EXP 21 DEC 2016A (Not found): No result found for your DHL query. Please try again.

Could someone else please try it and let me know if it works for you.

Could it be that the NVC is sending only the scanned copy by email?

Please ignore the above - I used "EXP 20 DEC 2016A" , which is the date before it actually shipped, and now have the tracking detail.

How soon after the Consulate receives the package can I expect the document to enable me to get the medical examination done?

Hello,

I'm not sure if anyone will read this and reply but my case changed from NVC to In Transit yesterday, MAY 8 2017 but DHL has nothing for me.

I tried

EXP 08 MAY 2017A

EXP 09 MAY 2017A

 

Putting in 07 MAY doesn't help because that's a sunday.

08 MAY shows 3 packages but none of them are for South Korea.
