HOW TO TRACK YOUR CASE FROM NVC TO EMBASSY

My case changed on Ceac to "In transit" on US time Friday 13th June 2014/Australia time Saturday 14th June 2014.

I've checked EXP 12 JUN 2014A, EXP 13 JUN 2014A, and EXP 14 JUN 2014A but their are no shipments to Australia for these dates.

Does it mean the case is not really shipped?

A package left NVC on June 11th. You received your case number on June 11th. Snikit15 (CC: June 2) and I (CC: June 4) both got interview letters on June 11th. All three of us got "IN Transit" on June 13th.

The June 11th packet from NVC is out for delivery today in Australia, June 16th. It could contain one, two, or three of our files.

UPDATE: The packet was delivered at 9:13 a.m. Sydney time this morning.

This is the only packet for Sydney from June 8 - 15. EXP 10 JUN 2014A

I was checking DHL site again and noticed that they one delivered this morning only weighed 1lb but it said that that was the weight entered when ordering the courier- it could have weighed more when they actually picked it up if it were indeed 3 packets.

I'm really not sure if my one was in the delivery today, because when i called NVC my packet had only arrived on the 10th (US time) and I got my case number the 11th (US time). The lady I spoke to told me it had to go through a quality check before they sent it off, then I checked it on Saturday (aus time) and it had been changed to "In transit". I'm just thinking that possibly DHL has not updated their site yet considering it's Sunday over there still.

It's likely been shipped, but it can take DHL awhile to update their site. Wait until this coming week then try checking again. Stick with the 12 format date as that would be the correct date if it was shipped on the 13th.

It's been just ONE business day since your status changed. You need to give it a few days. Be patient.

I was told by NVC that my expedited case was sent June 13, 2014. I have checked EVERY SINGLE DAY of this month so far and nothing has been sent to Cairo, Egypt. Anyone have any suggestions?

Since its an expedite case, could it possibly been sent via electronic?

Hi brothers and sisters we all have that curiosity to know when our cases arrived at the embassy ,so i tried to find out how and it took me a lil while from what i been reading in some topics here they told how but when i tried never worked but when i just tried simple thing found it worked and got the track # and where is our files now just follow those simple steps and you will get to

1- when you know from AVR that your case was forward to embassy ( mm/dd/yyyy) lets take an example case forward to embassy March 20th 2009

2- go to DHL TRACK

3- then under track list click on track reference

4- put the reference in this shape EXP19MAR2009A and push track

now we seen its completed in 2oth but we searched in 19th yes because they schedule shipping day before so DHL know in advance when they will ship it so day before will be your exact day for NVC shipping your case to your embassy

i tried it this way and worked but i found 2 cases to cairo so which one is mine dosent matter as along as i can keep an eye on it for sure the month will be changing just the example above for explanation
