If you are tracking after July 3th, there is no space between the month and year in the shipper's reference. For example, you need to use EXP 05 JUL2012A

See what I wrote in this thread for more info

If your case was completed by the NVC they should have your interview date available for you. Call them again and they should give it to you over the phone, so no need to track your package. Once you have your interview date you can schedule the medical exam with one of the approved doctors in Bogotá.

If you need more info regarding the process in Bogotá you should check out the Colombian Club thread.

Yes you are correct, i the interview date Aug 15th 8:30 am, i just wanted to make surte that my documents were sent, so i called NVC and they told me they left on the 6th of july. as for the medical exam, my stepson has his TB exam test on fri the 10th in bogota, and my wife and he have their main exam on mon the 13th. so even though i am going to have to pay to get vaccinations that may or may not be needed, we are pushing through with the process. i am just now trying to get things ready for the interview. question though. i shouldnt need a DS230 since i sent my wifes to the NVC signed on part 1 and part 2 unsigned correct?

Like I said in the October thread, you need to have an interview date scheduled FIRST before you can use this trick ;) No interview, no tracking!

Hehe, you're welcome ^_^ You can still practice the tracking method with other cases though so you know how it works once yours gets sent off.
