Quick update from us.

Our interview date is on 29th October. I've gone for my medical and have my appointment letter. Now just waiting for medical results and for the I-134 to be sent to me. Plane ticket and hotel for interview is all booked for the 28th. 2 more weeks to go!

For relationship evidence we have:

1. 71 pictures of us together from his March 2009 trip. Have 6 pictures of him with my family

2. July 2007 -Dec 2007 skype phone records showing his Verizon number + old US Cellular number

3. June 2008-Dec 2008 skype phone records showing his Verizon number

4. Feb 2009 -present skype phone records showing his Verizon number

5. 2 screenshots of my skype account showing my name and online skype number to prove it belongs to me (which shows up on his verizon records)

6. 6 receipts from skype printed directly from hotmail showing my name, date, old skype number and present online skype number (which shows up on his verizon records & US Cellular records)

5. Feb 2009-present Verizon extended bill showing my online skype number and showing his Verizon number (which shows up on my skype records)

17. 30 pages of screenshots of my yahoo inbox showing over 500 emails from his mobile to me for 2009 (still have not updated it, theres alot more since then)

18. 2 A4 size paper screenshots of web cam sessions between us on skype for 2009

19. Wedding package printout where we want to get married

20. Vacation rental printout of where we want to stay while getting married

21. Webpage print out of several accessories and other things needed for the wedding

23. Sample wedding favor (I'm making them here since I doubt the materials are present in US)

27. Several stubs of packages I sent to him from 2005-2007 (he lost his stubs. I kept mine for sentimental reasons)

28. Several AT&T phone cards from Walmart he sent me for sentimental reasons which he had used to call me in 2005 (well how the heck would a Malaysian get their hands on something like that unless it's real)

29. Affidavits from my mother, his mother and his dad supporting the relationship and attesting to it's genuineness

30. Facebook screenshot of his sister commenting on a picture of both of us

31. Updated and notarized letter of intent from him

32. Updated letter of intent from me (probably redundant)

I have a few emails from his mother's blackberry to my email address, maybe I should print that out to show we communicate. I think this is a mountain of evidence for our 5 years together. But looking at the pictures should be enough in my opinion. Does not hurt to be ready though. We will fight and do whatever it takes to finally be together.

The interview is probably a formality. We're preparing for war.

PS: My back is going to hurt dragging all the paperwork to the embassy. I need U-Haul

Wow that is a lot of evidence and you def are preparing for war!!! When tracking the packages on DHL's website I saw some were 10 lbs and probably yours was one of them with all this evidence, mine was just 4 lbs.

I just have 4-5 email copies, 6 pictures, and 3 plane ticket itinerary's...I hope that is enough compared to yours...what does everyone else have?

I got a question. Has the majority of early may filers recieved the p3? I recieved the NOA2 Sept 1st, and the hard copy from NVC on sept 16th, Im getting a little nervous because my fiancee hasn't the p3 yet, looking at timelines I think she might should have it by now.

We have received both packet 3 and 4. You should have it by now actually. I recommend contacting the embassy and inquiring about it. We had to have packet 3 emailed to us because it took so long to come by mail. Packet 4 came a week and a half after it was mailed.

Yes and in the meantime prepare DS2001 (Applicant Statement) and DS230 - Part I...so you can send it in ASAP and speed up the process...Have you called DoS to see if Packet 3 was sent to you? 202-663-1225 press 1 then 0

Leo&Farah... I am certain the interviewer will see all that paperwork and will say.. APPROVED just to avoid seeing it all LOL......... I'm sure you have plenty of information/evidence to support your case.... but in previous experience with immigration officers, just show them what they ask... if you give them more ... they are usually bitter so they do not like that..... but is useful to have everything just in case...

DND2009.... I think what you got is enough... I do not have that much either.. I did send a lot of stuff on the main K1 application so for the interview I am just sending stuff related to the I134... and stuff between the date from may-the interview date (oct 22nd)

I am "just" taking:

- 5 years of tax return.

- Pay stubs for the last 4 months.

- Letter of employment from my company written and signed by my boss (shows how much i make and how long have i been working with the company)

- my W2's from last year.

- Copies of all the letters NOA1, NOA2, NVC letter, etc

- Records of phone calls to her phone number. (old one included with original k1)

- All my boarding pass for previous trips and my last trip in July.

- Pictures from my last trip. (all the other pictures were included on the original package)

- Copies of all my documents, Nat Cert, Passport, Driver's License.

- Copies of my mortgage payments.

- Insurance paperwork as well.

- Videos of my engagement proposal (I am not a camera man so is not the best quality, LOL.... and a video I made for her on her bday with videos & pictures of us... (probably totally unnecessary and it wont be showed, but what the hell right?)

- Aside from all her required paperwork....Last but not least... myself!

So i hope that gives you an idea of what I am bringing to my war with the Embassy in CCS.... in T minus 7 days...good luck to everyone!!!

Guangzhou gets a little slow sometimes. I have not received any information since 16 September's NOA 2.

Hey guys want your advice.

I'm looking up airfare and since I live in NYC both JFK and EWR are accessible. I want my fiance to come through JFK because of the temporary EAD that they offer and EWR does not.

I know she doesn't want to sit at home after she arrives and wait up to three months to be able to work, so we are thinking of going through JFK.

Is it worth to get the temporary EAD, what are the benefits/cons?

our case got approuved on th Sept 17th, NVC received it on the Sept 22, Sent it to embassy on Sept 23, and embassy received it on Sept 25th. up to this week we still hadn't goten the packet 3. we had tried everything to contact the embassy, but they don't reply email nor fax, no return calls and my fiance was now freaking out. we called DOS they said embassy hasn;t yet received our case. now how that be? i traced my packege sent the day it was sent to the embassy. but anyways, on tuesday oct 13, I email the embassy knowing very well that there would be no reply. but to our very surprise, we got a reply in less then an hour saying:

Dear Mrs ******,

Thank you for the information which will be modified in our system in a moment. We have a huge backlog, hopefully your fiancé should receive his packet 3 by next week.

And today saturday, my fiance received packet 333333333. yeahhhhhhhhhh . he is very happy but upset that it is saturday, because he wanted to fille it and mail it out the sameday he received it. the funny part is that i called DOS yesterday on fryday, and they were still telling me that embassy still hasn't received package.

we are happy, very happy, hopefully packet 4 doesn't take long from monday.

Yeah called up DOS, they told me that the petition was sent electronically and mailed to the embassy. Guangzhou embassy has the electronic file but not the hardcopy file. Hopefully soon something will happen.

Yeah Ive been hearing how Guangzhou is much slower than other consulates, I guess we could make the best of it and use the time to go through all our paperwork with a fine toothed comb. We'll probably be there about the same time.

Picking up my medical results today. Doc said everything was fine. The MMR shot didnt even hurt. 8 more days to the interview!

I'm not so nervous anymore. I think I broke my nervous system going worrywart in overdrive the past few months and its incapable of doing it anymore. More excited about starting our lives together finally and getting to see Leo again. (Its been 7 months since we last saw each other).
