LilMermaid and Jasmin/Travis, the approvals are coming so fast now I am just sure you will get yours any day. Bummer they come so completely out of order, but yours are at the older end of the window they are approving, so I m confident.

So I've set up my medical in Toronto on October 21, 2009, 7AM! I figure I'll have my packet 3 before that. It's apparently not a long wait. I thought we had to wait a month for it, but the lady said that she could set me up next week.

Anyway, hope all is well with everyone!

Congrats to all who got their NOA2's today! I'm pretty bummed.....my timeline now says "between August 30, 2009 and September 15, 2009" and no touches so I'm doubting I'm going to see my NOA2 this week.

My NOA1 date is the same as yours, although I've had 3 touches in a row and still nothing.

oh, I got that, and it turned out to be nothing. they never asked me for anything else, they just sent it on to the consulate after a few days delay.... hope sweetgurl has same result. Good luck !

I think they say the medical is good for a year, so it's best to book it close to the interview time. There's no wait time right now but I don't know how it will be later, so maybe booking it way in advance would be better. Mine is October 21.

Hi ladonna,

Sure, just go to "My Controls", then "Edit my signature". This lets you put in whatever you want. Most people just put in their timelines. It's pretty cool because whenever you change your signature, the signature on all of your posts (past and present) change as well.

anyway that's great I'm glad to see a lot of approvals!! congratulations to all of you... Jasmin&travis and Jeshel we have not forgotten about you... I am certain that you'll get yours very soon...i think is just one of those officers who is still talking and not working... maybe your paperwork is done and the officer has not submitted it yet!... I'll be praying for you....

Agreed! I'm just so happy to know that more fellow May posters have been approved! May your journey through NVC be smooth! I suggest that those who got approved this week to call NVC on Monday to find out whether they got your case. We were approved on the 10th, USCIS sent our case on the 11th and NVC got it on the 14th. Then again, I've heard that some people's case take about a week to a month to reach NVC. Hope it's the former!

Sorry to hear that you're in AP...did they actually say that it was AP? For me, when I first called NVC, they didn't say anything. They just said that it typically takes 2-4 weeks to be forwarded to consulate, but I can check back on a weekly basis.
