Congrats, Eltemp. One by one, everyone in this forum seems to be getting their NOA-2 so MAYBE I will get mine someday. I tried the e-mail approach Sweetgurl posted for getting my case status viewable online, I received a reply back on Monday but still I get the same old error message. Nothing seems to work for my case. Mostly it seems like Vermont has blown off May 5th and have moved on to June, but anyway that is great news that some May filers are getting approvals so there is hope.

Correction, May 4th.

Send them another email... I sent them the same thing 2 times and one reply after them just not answering to my question... it usually updates after one day of them telling you that they will fix it...

Note: put on the email that they told you that it would be fixed in this many days.... and it has not...good luck!!

Hey Everyone... I just got the email... we've been approved!!!:dance::dance: so Jeshel and Jasmin&Travis... I really hope you get yours too today!!! :star::star:

Hey congrats!!! I'm hoping mine is coming VERY soon!

BTW, I used your email template to post my case online and today I can see it.

Awesome... sure you will here from them soon.... and I am glad I could help out!!

HELLO GUYS...HOW WOULD I FILL IN MY TIMELINE...CAN SOMEONE SEND ME THE LINK TO DO THAT OR HOW TO DO THAT. CONGRATULATIONS TO WE HAVE RECEIVED OURS AND I PRAY THAT THOSE STILL WAITING WILL GET THEIRS SOONEST. GOD BLESS YOU ALL

Good morning everyone!

I'm feeling good about today, so I'm hoping that even if I don't see my own approval, that many of us who are still waiting will receive theirs!

Hey!!

Here it is how you do it:

1) First go to the timeline tab on VJ or just click this link http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/

2) Under the Video Help (located on the left side middle of the page)Click on the link that says: Creating, or just click on this link

http://www.visajourney.com/tutorials/create-new-timeline.htm

3) You can either follow those steps, or just go to your profile and there is a link on the middle left side of your page that says view my timeline.

3.1) Once, you click on it you will be directed to a page that requires you to have a gmail email account, just follow the steps shown there.

I hope this helps...

regards,

today i found out our package has been received by the consulate in Naples. I found this on the DHL tracking site. when any of you reach the point where your petition leaves NVC, you can go to DHL website, then "track by reference" then put in EXP XX XXX 2009A ... but the X's are the day and month it was shipped, for example 14 SEP ... just play around with the date a bit, then you'll see a list and you scroll to look for your consulate city in the destination column... I was so happy to see our petition delivered and it even tells you who at the consulate signed for the package. Good luck to all still waiting on next step, and thank you again to Rhaina for telling me how to track the package.

Event Date

Service Center : Vermont Service Center

Consulate : Naples, Italy

I-129F Sent : 2009-05-18

I-129F NOA1 : 2009-05-21

I-129F NOA2 : 2009-09-01

NVC Received : 2009-09-04

NVC Left : 2009-10-02

Consulate Received : 2009-10-05

Packet 3 Received : 2009-10-07

Interview ... WAIVED? Never heard of this, but they didn't even interview him, just told him pick up his visa the next day.

Current Status: Interview ... waived ... I guess :) They just took his fingerprints and documents and told him everything was in order and he should pick up his visa tomorrow! WOW

I can't believe it's only been 7 months since we filed ... seems like an eternity!

I had a touch sept 1 which resulted in a letter stating my address had been changed and another touch on Sept 2 which hasn't resulted in anything so far.

Eltemp...congrats on your NOA2!

Hey Tina, so a touch a day after the approval means they sent it to NVC? bc I had one today.... or is there a way to find out if it was sent out?...

I believe the touch after the approval means it got sent to NVC. So yours should be on its way. From NVC to embassy could vary. I was hoping mine won't be in AP but apparently it was sent yesterday from NVC.

Good luck!

Tina

Well good news is we passed NVC really fast with no AP. NOA2 on 31st August. Left NVC on 3rd Sept, apparently according to DOS it REACHED embassy on 3rd Sept too (weird) and embassy sent out packet 3 8th Sept. Now I'm worried. It's 17th and I still havent received packet 3. 11 days! It doesnt take that long to send mail in the same damn country.

N-400 Stuff:
07/02/16 : N-400 sent

07/11/16 : NOA1

07/28/16 : Biometrics

04/03/17: Interview (approved)

04/14/17: Judicial oath ceremony

And as an added update, after changing our address with USCIS and then updating them on the change while setting up mail forwarding with USPS, one NOA2 got sent to the new address and another NOA2 got sent to the old address but was forwarded by USPS to the new address. So now we have two NOA2s!

N-400 Stuff:
07/02/16 : N-400 sent

07/11/16 : NOA1

07/28/16 : Biometrics

04/03/17: Interview (approved)

04/14/17: Judicial oath ceremony

Well, we haven't gotten our NOA2 hardcopy yet. Other people who were approved around the same time as us haven't, either. So at least it's not just us...it'll be about a week since we got the e-mail, so hopefully it will be here soon along with the NVC letter!
