Sorry I jumped and screamed and went "I GOTO POST ON THE FORUMS". My fiancee was laughing at me. Our NOA1 was May 19th, so we are very blessed and looking forward to a december wedding! Peace out!

12/31/2009 - Married

01/08/2010- Mailed in AOS

01/13/2010- AOS received and sent back due to missing signature

01/22/2010- AOS arrives back at my house, signed, sent off again

01/27/2010- Receipt number given, huzzahhh! NOA1

01/29/2010- Money taken out :'(

02/02/2010- Touch

02/06/2010- Biometrics Appointment, 16th Feb at 2:00pm .... Also happens to be my 21st Birthday!!

02/07/2010- Sent in Medical to Chicago office

02/09/2010- Got a RFE for medical.....Sent reply letter 2 days earlier due to forgetting to include vaccination data.

02/10/2010- Sent a 2nd copy of medical to MO office.

02/16/2010- 21st birthday, Biometrics done, and a letter saying my case is on "hold" from the 7th of Feb, in a email...

02/17/2010- Touch

02/23/2010- Letter to congressman

02/24/2010- RFE Received and processing resumed.

02/25/2010- Case transferred to CSC

03/24/2010- Work permit printed

03/28/2010- Work permit received (After writing to the congressman...Again...)

07/01/2010- Call to Senator about Green card, Call to USCIS, Nothing... Told to wait another 2 months and then possibly another 4 months.

07/01/2010- Touch on I-485/Green card...

07/02/2010- Second touch on I-485/Green card, No notifications....

07/07/2010- Told at info pass that my application is being sent to west palm from CSC

07/10/2010- Touch I-485

07/14/2010- Touch on I-485

12/21/12 - Delivered and signed for by Fernando Dominguez

12/24/12 - E-mail notification that file sent to NBC (now able to check case status online!)

12/28/12 - E-mail notification that biometrics notice was sent!

01/08/13 - Biometrics!

04/02/13 - Interview! Passed!

May 2013 - Oath Ceremony!

June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony

I GOT MY NOA2 JUST NOW! OMG!

Just learned we were approved on Sept. 3 -- 104 days from NOA1 to NOA2 :):dance:

on the downside, the news ruined a historic long-distance argument --- we just couldn't keep it up

09-06-2010. AoS Packet w/EAD sent with DS-3025.

16-06-2010. NOA1 x2 Received.

09-07-2010. Biometrics Apt.

12-07-2010. Case Transferred to CSC.

21-07-2010. Case Received by CSC.

27-07-2010. Touched~

28-07-2010. Touched.

11-08-2010. EAD Card production ordered

20/10/2010. AoS approved!

28/10/2010. Green Card received! Wooop. :)

So what do you think are the chances that we'll see more approvals this weekend? I guess immigration officers need to enjoy the holidays, so that they would feel more refreshed on Tuesday?

I would not be surprised if we see 10 more approvals for today as Fridays are usually big number days in the past few weeks.. the only issue with that, which I can see, is if they decided to take a 4 day weekend by taking today off.. I know many folks that do that so we may not see the normal big Friday numbers... We could see this week hit 50 in the coming days as many folks dont check the website and dont know about the NOA2 until the snail mail arrives next week....

Good luck everyone still waiting! After about 2 months of not thinking about this very much, I have begun checking Igor's list again watching the May numbers go down.

And extra good luck to those of you who have your NOA2s and will get interviews soon... we've got another 3 or 4 months before that comes up.

Just saw the first June NOA-2! VSC is all over the place right now. Lots of mid-Aprils, some late Mays, they catch up on March every once in awhile. Seemingly random.

05/04/09 -- K1 visa, NOA-1

09/18/09 -- K1, NOA-2

01/26/09 -- Interview passed in Moscow

03/02/10 -- POE, JFK airport

05/23/10 -- Wedding!

11/16/10 -- 2-year green card approved

04/01/13 -- 10-year green card approved

11/23/13 -- N-400 mailed
