12/24/12 - E-mail notification that file sent to NBC (now able to check case status online!)

12/28/12 - E-mail notification that biometrics notice was sent!

01/08/13 - Biometrics!

04/02/13 - Interview! Passed!

May 2013 - Oath Ceremony!

So we decided to e-mail the VSC followup e-mail to inquire about our status regarding our address change confirmation. We'll see if anything happens. There's no harm to doing that, right? At least someone will come back saying "Wait your 45 days!" and then we'll call them again on September 11.

Hopefully e-mailing will work because that bypasses the call centre people! Crossing fingers!

I did not get a touch before the email, in fact I could not see my case at all online ( I kept getting that error message). After i got the email, i decided to check the status online out of curiosity, and it actually appeared as the approval being sent out.

Good Morning May Fellows,

Another day goes by, and I am happy to see that a lot of the people from March and April are being approved!! :dance::dance: ...hopefully they continue with their cases and also with ours, as well!!

Good Luck to everyone who is waiting on their NOA2 :star::star:

PS:Hopefully by some miracle I can get to see my case online!! :lol:, plus this waiting is kind of making me crazy checking/calling USCIS everyday...

seems alot of May filers are getting added to the system now online. I thought it was because we called and then the next day I could see it online. I was disappointed to see someone else say they could finally see theirs that day too and theirs was approved! Happy for them but pissed at USCIS. lol

10/04/2010 - Received interview letter in Mail

11/09/2010 - Interview-APPROVED! 112 days

Not a lot of action for May yesterday, but hopefully that will change these next few weeks. Too bad we'll lose one day due to Labor Day :(

Hey LilMermaid....

I called about my case not being online since May, June, July, etc, etc... so I guess I'm one of those "Lucky" ones that my case is not on the system as of yet for the public website...hopefully with the new website, coming out on Sep 22th, this will be resolved; however, I would rather be approved before that date...like today B) :P .... and I understand your mixed emotions about approvals!! :P ....

Hi eltemp! We called uscis many times too why since we filed last May we haven't see our case online. They said they will fix it. We ask about our case before it says still pending now they said it's on process :unsure: crossing my fingers I hope its true ;)

....really?! uscis will have new website? Maybe this is what the operator told us when they said our case cannot be found online because their system was broke :unsure: Goodluck to all of us hopefully we get approvals this month :star:
