Hi eltemp...i have also never been able to see my case on line. We are using a lawyer to help with the processing of our K-1 and he called them and they told him that we shouldn't worry about it because our case is filed and being worked on. I'm not too sure if he put in a service request (my fiance deals with him), but up until now i still can't see my case. It kind of sucks because i feel like i'm at the mercy of my lawyer and i keep telling my fiance to make sure he keeps in touch with him...i have nightmares that we have already received our NOA2 and he just hasn't told us yet!

TiNa...our time is coming soon my friend...it's going to be a good week...i feel it :)

Hey Toronto Nonie,

Well I feel you pain, my fiancee tells me not to loose my sleep about it, but because I've dealt with USCIS for so long, I am a naturalized citizen... so I know how tedious and incredibly anoying this process can be.... where as this is her first experience with any immigration process. Now, regarding the lawyer... I also think that you have to stay on top of things because even though you pay him/her to keep track and do everything on your case... the only person who really cares about being approved is you and your SO... therefore, whatever it takes... just make sure he/she is doing his/her job...Now, about the service request thing, in my opinion is just BS... I've been told the same thing about 5 times... since May... and still nothing... so to be honest I hope I get the letter soon, for like yesterday  , and that way I dont care about updates in whatever timeframe they say it will be there...

Good luck to everyone!!

If it makes you feel any better, we could never see our case on line, either. We received the first notice on May 11th. It worried me for a while, because it always said our case number was invalid. I checked yesterday and it was still not online. Today we checked and it was online and it said our I129F petition was approved on 8/31/09.

Reading the posts from others going through the same thing is so helpful. You feel like you are not alone.

Good luck to everyone!

Thanks! I hope everyone else gets their approvals soon, too. I will keep my fingers crossed. You all have been such a big help. I have only posted a couple of times, but I have always found support in reading the posts.

toronto nonie,

I know I should be more positive, as it's only the beginning. I'm just afraid that I would be one of the May filers waiting when they eventually start in June!

Anyway, on another note, my gmail account just got hacked by some person in China...aaah! What is the world coming to??

Well, have a good afternoon, everyone! Hope for the best
