Oops, sorry for the misunderstanding. I tend to avoid quoting people cause it takes up too much space and clutters everything, making reading harder.

I was referencing Tina's post about 0 being updated on VSC and CSC.

But yeah I do see they put down Texas Service Center on their timeline but profile shows VSC.

They were May 1st NOA1 I think.. If I recall correctly, so that means still a lot more waiting :-(. Thanks for the info Leo&Farrah though, its good to know they are on to May!

I wish VSC would speed up a tiny bit, CSC have a lot of May filers with their NOA2's, argh.... Good luck for this week guys, got my fingers (and toes) crossed for you all :). Its hard being away from our soul mates but we will be with them soon and it will be worth it.

Here's to hoping!

I think most people wait 120 days before they get their NOA2's. By September 11, it will have been 115, so perhaps there will be better news next week, if not this week.

The way it's looking from Igor's list there seems to be three different entities (persons/groups/teams) working on three different months simultaneously.

Cause March, April and May are all getting approved at the same time. That has to be the reason.

Tina, I suggest getting Roland to call up USCIS again and ask to speak to a supervisor to confirm your address update. That might trigger them to look at your case and then approve it.

I had a feeling us updating our address would drag our folder from some dusty closet into the open. It's a subtle way of reminding them it's there and since its out there, they finish it off.

That's what I imagined anyway

Yeah I'm almost at 120 days....we called today to see if they updated the beneficiary's (me) address yet as we had sent it in weeks ago. Nope. Nor can we see our status online. They also were kind enough to inform us that our file has not been assigned to anyone yet. I think I must be in the same box as Richard and Joanna's......we got the guy that takes fifty coffee breaks a day. lol

I'm so happy for Sara (estadia). I felt awful hearing what they went through and if anyone deserves it, they do.

But like I said, today is a great day. I've just been sending out good vibes to everyone. Good karma and all that. I firmly believe what goes around comes around.

Leo&Farah,

Roland just called USCIS about our address change and they told us to wait our 45 days. Didn't you say that when Leo called, they said that they couldn't verify the address change over the phone. I'm hoping that despite the fact that they said they couldn't do anything, they are still doing something about our case.

Anyway, hope ours will come soon, otherwise, we'll really have to call Sept 11.

Seems to depend on who you talk to. When we first called about our address change we were told to send in a letter. So we did. Called today and she said she would 'give the go ahead' to update the address and she did verify that it had NOT been changed yet. To whom she was giving this 'go ahead' to is beyond me as we haven't been assigned to anyone yet apparently. lol
