What's going on? Or perhaps it's not quiet. They are just approving non-VJer's now.

12/24/12 - E-mail notification that file sent to NBC (now able to check case status online!)

12/28/12 - E-mail notification that biometrics notice was sent!

01/08/13 - Biometrics!

04/02/13 - Interview! Passed!

May 2013 - Oath Ceremony!

I think its a quiet day, I am currently packing boxes ready...I hope we are approved! My bedroom is such a mess and packing boxes is the only way for me to sort the rest out before the move, I mean for goodness sakes...I sold over 100 things on ebay and I STILL have more items...ARGHH!

Currently at 2 small boxes, 2 medium ones, 1 large. And 2 suitcases which are going to get packed for the flights along with one small doggie....

Hows everyone else doing regarding scheduling everything? I am a bit worried about sending it ahead of the visa but it takes 3 months to get there..

12/31/2009 - Married

01/08/2010- Mailed in AOS

01/13/2010- AOS received and sent back due to missing signature

01/22/2010- AOS arrives back at my house, signed, sent off again

01/27/2010- Receipt number given, huzzahhh! NOA1

01/29/2010- Money taken out :'(

02/02/2010- Touch

02/06/2010- Biometrics Appointment, 16th Feb at 2:00pm .... Also happens to be my 21st Birthday!!

02/07/2010- Sent in Medical to Chicago office

02/09/2010- Got a RFE for medical.....Sent reply letter 2 days earlier due to forgetting to include vaccination data.

02/10/2010- Sent a 2nd copy of medical to MO office.

02/16/2010- 21st birthday, Biometrics done, and a letter saying my case is on "hold" from the 7th of Feb, in a email...

02/17/2010- Touch

02/23/2010- Letter to congressman

02/24/2010- RFE Received and processing resumed.

02/25/2010- Case transferred to CSC

03/24/2010- Work permit printed

03/28/2010- Work permit received (After writing to the congressman...Again...)

07/01/2010- Call to Senator about Green card, Call to USCIS, Nothing... Told to wait another 2 months and then possibly another 4 months.

07/01/2010- Touch on I-485/Green card...

07/02/2010- Second touch on I-485/Green card, No notifications....

07/07/2010- Told at info pass that my application is being sent to west palm from CSC

07/10/2010- Touch I-485

07/14/2010- Touch on I-485

Well, I'm not starting my packing until November/December. When Roland drives here, he'll bring a couple of things with him. The rest will wait :)

Good morning, May filers!

8 approvals now, 4 of them from April. I think the current trend has been that once the previous month (on VJ) as reached the halfway point, they move into the next month. So with that, only 24 April filers left to go and we can see some May filers getting their approvals :)

Hopefully that will be in the next week or two!

Hey Kayte!! glad to have you back around :) Fortunately, Connecticut is only a 8 hour drive from Toronto, so it's easy for us to take stuff over; we've my fiance drove here last time he visited so i sent some stuff home with him. We are selling all of our stuff from our Toronto condo with the exception of our flat screen, so there's not a lot to take over. I do, however, have a lot of shoes!

Dated until early 2004 and then distance became an issue

Sept 16, 2007 - He initiated contact with me after almost 4 years!

Jan 2008 - He came to Toronto to visit and see if there was still 'something' there

Feb 28, 2009 - He proposed in front of my family in our condo in Toronto!!!

May 13, 2009 - sent in I-129F (Lawyer is handling our process)

May 15, 2009 - received receipt of NOA1

September 16, 2009 - NOA2!!!

Nov 4/09 - sent packet 3

Nov 25/09 - info logged in system

Interview date - March 22, 2010!!! ***APPROVED!!!***

POE @ Queenston/Lewiston - April 4th, 2010

Wedding date - July 17, 2010

Thats 9 so far! Only 90 May filers left.. it does say 93 at Igor but 3 are there twice...

hi sis arbind... well i am fine and excited here hehehe.. yes i saw the csc list of approvals and really admired how csc did their job sooo well bcoz lots of filers got their approval just in 3months.. wow!!!

yes we just enjoy the days that will come bcoz we know that our turn will be really soooooonnnn hehehe... have a fun and happy weekend... goodluck to all of us waiting for our noa2 hope no RFE pls.... guide us God...
