Greetings HAOLE & PSHBRK.......

another question.....i did not receive my packet 3 for my approved I-129F(K3) from the embassy. We prefer not to call the Embassy to ask about the approved K3 packet since we are concentraing on CR1 and just let it be with them unitl it expire. Are we doing the right thing here ignoring my K3?

Calling the USEM is quite dearly as you may know it, just imagine the P50+ per minute call and they keep you on hold for a long time......we all know that we are so desperate in getting our case done as quickly as possible and get out of this gruelling daily ordeal, however there are certain things that we have to reconsider....money part!!!!....I know everyone are willing to pay whatever it is......i just want to do things in a rational way, you know......

HAOLE, would it be a good idea to call or email the Embassy and ask for my K3 documents?....or just wait until they will send it to me. I wonder until now I haven't receive my documents?

My concern here is that, once i receive my CR1 interview appt. at the USEM, will my ignored K3 issue will come up? Looking forward to your favorable comments....

Thank you again for your helps.....

GOD bless.

Rose and Dan

I will try to help you. You must download the K3 packet from the USEM website: http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3238.html

Please read through the information and links on the USEM website as these are the most current and accurate directions.

If your CR1 visa arrives at the Manila Embassy in time, you can request that the K3 interview be switched to the CR1.

You won't get a packet but should get a letter saying you can call for an appointment. If you haven't done St. Lukes do so ASAP. I myself would go ahead and do the K3 interview and wait for the CR-1.

Old saying! "Bird in the hand is worth two in the bush"!

Aloha and ingat.
