YUp. Commission on Overseas Filipino along Pres. Quirino Avenue. PRISM for the counselling is in front of the De La Salle University, 2nd flr Equitable PCI Bank along Taft Avenue.

Since she's already HAD the actual seminar and counseling in Cebu, thie Quirino Ave location is where she can go for the stamp in her passport?

There are 2 locations in Manila to do your CFO seminar, PRISM and Saint Marys.

I been reading and people seem to recommend St. Mary's.

I would like my SO to go to St. Marys.

HERES THE QUESTION: - Does it matter if my SO has a K2 derivative? Afterall they need not attend the seminars anyways, too young.

FEEDBACK appreciated :)

Im sorry but I am a little confused. Correct me if I am wrong, they do not do PDOS in CFO main office (Citigold Center). The way I understand it is, they do the seminar in PRISM and then they will send you to CFO main office to get stamp/sticker afterwards.

tnx

if you have your kids going with you then i suggest you better go to PRISM because you will be registering your children anyways at CFO.I had my seminar last week at PRISM and it took just an hour for seminar, one on one and picture taking and released yellow certificate then I and my kids went to CFO(50 pesos taxi fare from PRISM) and had my kids registered too.THey will be needing the sticker regardless of age.if you kids are 13 and above then they will attend a peer counselling.below 13 you still register them.
