just got an email today saying we were aproved on the 9th and our NOA2 is in the mail! yay!! good thing i have been working on collecting what i need for a while only a few things left to get on the list and i should be good! have to get him to send me things as well tho.

we called AFTER the 9th to see if we could get it they said will call you in 5days to let you know if you can or not, then i just get this email i was like omg?! cus it wasnt expidited.

Wow, that gives me some sort of hope, since I'm Canadian.

But, I'm still hoping for Early/Late July none the less.

They tried to send him last Friday for 3 months. He said he freaked out hard core on them lol. He didn't have to go tho cus the other person fixed the issue and he went instead. That would of messed everything up! thank goodness it was cleared up.

Hi everyone. I'm new here. We filed our I-129f on April 17, 2009, at CSC and have a NOA1 of May 4, 2009.

The waiting is so hard.

08/28/2010: Entry to USA at JFK.

09/17/2010: We're married!!! :)

11/30/2010: Received NOA1

12/16/2010: Biometrics Appointment

02/07/2011: EAD Approved

02/15/2011: Received AOS Appointment date

02/16/2011: Received AP document!
